My credit card has five pending charges when there should only be one charge. If these charges go through I will be disputing them. This is not correct and needs to be fixed immediately.

I was charged for gas that i don't think i should have been as we refilled over what we used. Very poor communication and instruction giving from customer services. Truck was very dirty and muddy in cab and in the box of the truck.

Cindy ReedI ordered a 5x8, trailer, 6 blankets, and a dolly. All was set. Upon trailer pickup, I was informed that NO BLANKETS and NO DOLLY were available. Being under time pressure, I then wasted time to locate, ON A SUNDAY MORNING, another UHaul location en-route, to procure blankets at the very least. DAYTON Ohio location took care of me nicely. I am done renting from EZMart in Xenia Ohio.
Stuart ZaharekThe truck was dirty. There was grass and debris in the passenger area both sides and the cargo area was not swept out. Even worse—both rear tires air was low—not! There is no way they didn’t know because I could not properly notate the truck’s mileage. If I did not have an emergency situation I would not have taken that truck and would have canceled the reservation on the spot. Totally disappointed this was U-Haul.

Jessenia OrtegaWhen we picked the truck up it was supposed to be drop box but had to go into store. They had a hard time speaking English. Opening the back door there was wet blankets left in the trailer and they stunk. When we returned the truck we advised the lady and all she was concerned about is if we used them. I just wanted to let her know they left them back there wet and it stunk. No concerns from her about that. She treated us like we was trying to pull something over on her. Maybe she didn’t understand what I was saying I don’t know.

The lady told me to take it somewhere to drop it off. And went back behind her desk. I will never use this location again.
Rick BarryI had an awful experience with this location. I dropped off the U-Haul after putting fuel in to the mark that I was supposed to fill it. The gentleman at EZ Stop didn’t bother go to out to the truck, he just had me take a picture and then took a picture of my picture. He then got on the phone and said I was good to go. 5 hours later, I then was charged a fuel charge even though I put fuel in the truck to the level it was supposed to be at. I highly don’t recommend renting or dropping off U-Hauls at this location.

JESSICA SCHIRTZINGERStore clerk was not friendly or helpful. Either you register on-line with a registration number or go somewhere else. No effort to help us. Truck had wrong photos.... I took photos on the system showing the photo on the system and the photos that I took were not the same truck. Why is that? The front of the truck photo clearly avoided showing the truck number on the top right of the box. Thankfully, there were different stickers on the bumper to prove the image provided was not the same truck. The truck was filthy....not just dirty...filthy. I took one photo on the system, I also made a personal video in case there is interest to view. The inside of the truck smelled awful ...... had to crack the window for fresh air in 36 degree weather. The truck was never cleaned or inspected as there were moving blankets and a dolly inside the box.
Jay SchlegelTHe truck showed checked out at 3pm. I got the keys ~ 330. I do not have a truck till I have the keys! Your admin is not my problem. That said we hit traffic, therefore a little late. We were not charged for an aditional day, which is appreciated. There was undocumented damage to the vehicle which made me nevous taking it.
Ross McNuttThe 26 foot Truck I rented was a brand new Ford F-650 V10, it was a great vehicle to drive. However, the oil level was low as were the rear tires on air. The trucks are located off site in a satellite parking lot from the store, so you have to walk or drive over to get the Uhaul truck. The only advice for this location’s management would be to conduct preventative maintenance checks prior to renting equipment to customers, such as checking oil level and the tire pressure.
Ethan BufordCargo area was very dirty and had a strong odor. I didn't feel comfortable moving my things with it so I just brought it back and had my friends help with pickup trucks. These neighborhood rental locations are convenient but they need more over sight. Additionally, they sent me two blocks up to get the truck but had me bring it back to their location. I then got to walk two blocks back to get my personal vehicle. There was a huge clump of dried bird crap on the driver window, that was gross I'll post the pics on Google so you can see what I'm tallking about

KATHERINE DAVISONAttendant didn't seem to be well-versed in the rental process. Kept asking if I wanted insurance even though I had already included Safe Tow in my reservation. I now have second thoughts about picking up equipment at locations other than a U-Haul location.

Carmen FowlerThe Xenia location was recommended to me by employees of your Huber Heights location. The Huber location is the closest to my residence, naturally I went there first. I had no problem reserving the equipment that I needed. When it came time to pick up the trailer, it was not available. It seems that the trailer I had reserved, had been rented out to another customer. According to the Huber employees, that customer had been informed that that equipment was to be returned by a certain time, that I was to pick it up. That customer had not returned the trailer, and the Huber store did not have another one available. I was on a timed schedule and by the time I picked up the trailer in Xenia, I was 2 1/2 hours behind schedule.
Daniel RyanThe truck was clean but did not seem well maintained. The brakes felt really rough and needed work, which is worrying when you’re driving a large truck for several hours. When we had issues finding our truck the gentleman at the EZ Stop Food Mart did not even tell us there was an overflow location. He also offered no help when we there were no moving blankets in the truck. This is the second move we’ve done with Uhaul and they can’t seem to put the extra equipment I order in the truck.

John FlottI drove the truck a total of 3 (three) miles and was charged for two gallons of gas. At the time I returned the truck, I was not told of this fee. It was only when I got home and received a receipt online that I noticed this fee was charged. Excessive and a ripoff.
Warren EarpService was extremely slow picking up my vehicle. Total time was 23 minutes from the start of my service until I walked out the door with my key.

Phil CoatesThis is the 2nd time I've rented from here. The 6x12 with ramp was in good condition, with exception of the lift/raise, that could use work. The gentleman here didn't help my wife to hook up the trailer (I was away) and tried to tell her 2" ball isn't correct (which it is for 6x12 with ramp). The location owner/manager, however, is bit more problematic. I've rented here 2x this month and each time specifically declined the insurance. At the time of pickup, the manager/owner tried to charge me for it, I declined again. The second time around when I returned the trailer and the final price didn't match (he added the insurance anyway despite me saying to not add it and declining it at the time of reservation), when I asked for it to be removed, he said I had to call Customer Service, that he couldn't do it. Customer Service rep told me it has to be the location removing it immediately, so the owner/manager I rented from pulled a sneaky one on me, was lazy to edit or tried to get away with it. Corporate is refunding, but that's pretty shady. Triple-check your charges and don't agree to pay anything you didn't select. Equipment is good, location/manager not so much.

Matt OberThe truck we reserved was not located with the equipment parked in the lot at the pickup location, but instead was in an overflow lot some buildings away that were not visible from the address given. There was no indication that this truck was not at the address but in the overflow, so we had to go into the store to talk to the associates to get the key. This made using the mobile self pickup obsolete.
Steve ShaferAlthough the people who waited on me were very nice, it took them quite a long time to review my application and hand me the keys. It is certainly a good thing that I arrived 20 minutes early.
Lucy ParsonsI'm not happy at all, I had the truck longer then expected so I paid for 2 days and then got charged a $75 late fee. If I paid for 2 days which would of had a 2pm return time on Sunday Feb 27the why was I charged a late fee, that's not how you treat customers, I think you need to refund the late fee.
