Please do routine inspection checks on tires. We were given a trailer with a bad tire that went flat after loading it. My husband had to buy a replacement tire and replace it himself. After that, the trip went smoothly, but it could have been avoided.NORMA A.

I would not recommend this place because they do not have customer service because they do not come out to tell you and give you instructions on how the car you rent works Why don't they come out to show you to see if it has damage and there is no damage why they don't tell you what to do is this company a self-service or how long you arrive and attend you alone, I did not like that they do not explain anything to you, that you do not even know which of all your rented van is. you do not know how to return it. they don't explain anything to youDora B.
Honor your commitments to customers. I had a reservation for a 20 foot truck. It was rented out the day before to someone else. I drove in 2.5 hours from out of town to pack a house full of furniture. I had three other people travel in separate vehicles to help me, only to find truck was gone without a notice given. Even though he gave me a break in the rate on a 15 foot truck, it was not enough. He offered to provide some blankets and then didn't put them in. Nice guy but a complete fiasco dealing with Uhaul. He said he was not the one who had leased my truck to someone else.OLGA M.
As soon as I arrived I left the trailer at the drop off spot personal came and told me to move the trailer I was in a rush to a another appointment They said it wasn't the correct spot so they told me to move at another spot but it was unacceptable so they made me move the trailer again at the location I was really upset about this experience I was in a rush they process my return but haven't received the prepaid deposit yet after they told me it was return the same day I expect a refundDAVID A.

I've never driven a U-Haul before, it was alright. I need to rent another U-Haul again and I will go to the same location as well.ADRIANA R.
The location was closed when we arrived to pick up uhaul. Went through several reps at Uhaul to finally get a number for a manager who sent my call straight to voice-mail and never returned my call. An hour and a half later someone came, however he was extremely rude, repeatedly said he didn't need to be there and he came in as a favor. Shoved my cc back at me when I indicated I was upset with Uhaul (due to hours of operation inaccuracies) and said he didn't need to deal with this, started stomping out the door before I had to Clarify, I was not upset with Him. He was extremely rude and childish, said they hadn't cleaned or gassed truck yet and he didn't have dollies. I believe he was this location's manager, but his demeanor was very very childish and unprofessional.KLAUDIA G.

It shoul be open 24 hours, I trÃed to drop off my uhaul at 7 p. m. and it was closed, it woul be very helpful if the drop off location could be open all day. Thanks.Laura M.
