The truck I placed on reserve became unavailable due to a missing key...would have been helpful to have been notified of the change ahead of time (had to drive a 15’ truck instead of a 10’ truck). Other than that though, it was a good experience

The location was clean and orderly, and I was seen in a very fast amount of time. Overall a great location

The only problem I had with this location was that I Reserved On-Line Dolly (2) and Mattress Pads, however this site doesn’t have equipment rental, just a truck and boxes. This should be noted online!!! Other than that the Service was good, Alberto was patient (was late for reservations).

Just terrible. Ordered dolly but didn’t get one. As a woman moving on their own this would have cut down my time. Then I get charged extra for their negligence. Reservation transferred a bunch of times. I could keep going on this place. A girl named Sabrina was childish and rude when I expressed my concerns. Smh. I truly asked her for corporates number. I want my money back for the trouble aka pain on my back. I even have pics of the cart I had to use because of this. To move couches?! Just wow. Used your company countless times. Never had issues until now. It’s embarrassing for your company, them not taking their job seriously. No doubt.

Horrible smell in truck smelled disgusting

Both cab windows were open and cab was wet from rain. The floor, driver's side, was very dirty with dried on dirt, clay and/or lime. Also on the motor cover and accelerator pedal. There was debris on seats. Previous renters' contract was on dashboard. The van was not clean.

Truck had poor air conditioning. Truck got 3 miles to a gallon. I put 18 miles on it, put 3 gallons in and got charged for another three so the truck got three mpg or the had read was wrong. Actually the uhaul on perishing took the order, got my name and email wrong, at least this location straightened that out so kudos to them for that

Got the runaround. It took 10 phone calls to get a van. When I did get a reservation they tried to give away my reservation to someone else. Have been advocating for full out full in fuel for years.

The truck was pretty dirty in the seating area but the customer service was wonderful and it was extremely easy to pick up the truck and to drop off the keys in the drop box. Thank you! I will be using U-Haul again in the future and will be recommending you all to friends and family.

I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 431 W. Pershing at 1:00 p.m CT on 3/31. I arrived at 1:00 p.m. waited for 20 minutes to learn my truck was given away at 8:00 a.m. I was not notified that the truck was no longer available prior to arriving. As a result, I was sent to 1200 W. 35th Street to pick up a truck. The gentleman who issued the truck was very customer focused and pleasant. He explained he was having an issue with his system and the wait may be longer than usual. The check out process was no longer than 15 minutes. After making it to my destination with the truck I discovered the inside had not been cleaned and was full of trash.

It took over an hour to print the paperwork. And after I realized I had the wrong truck size there was nothing they could do. And then my cell phone died and I couldn’t get a hold of dispatch. So I have a spill over load I’ll have to arrange for. Not happy about that.

Quick easy and great customer service! The truck just had its usual wear and tear but that's kinda expected.
