The location where I dropped off the trailer was the only part of the entire experience that went smoothly. I will never us or recommend U-haul. Terrible experience.

This location did not have a hitch or ball, which we ordered and paid for and still don't have...That is not this location's fault, it's Uhaul's fault and the incompetence of the team that works for you. You all should be ashamed of your terrible customer service, especially during this pandemic.

I was told when I original order the U-Haul the it was unlimited miles. The pickup location did not discuss this with me. I was told by the U-Haul 800 #. I called and I am awaiting a manager to call me back. From the main office.
