Kim Mtrain the people who rents your trucks and trailers ! the lights on the trailer did not work right and one tire was almost bald. i held my breath for 800 miles. i was scared of a blow out. also they did not tell me wher to drop off the truck and trailer. they told me to find a place. i did close to where i came to. but summerfield sales did not check the truck in. so, uhaul called me and said i was late checking the truck in. also, in owensboro, ky where i thought i was going to get the truck and trailer, screwed me up also. i reserved 2 months ahead of time and theey did not enter in the computer my changes i wanted. i had to drive 36 miles awasy to pick up the truck. no compensation or a sorry from uhaul. i will never rent a uhaul again!!!! so summerfield sales was really nice to finally check the truck and trailer in. they are good people.

Richard TIt was so easy and helpful we packed everything back up and rented another the very next week. Kidding aside (not about the second move, we really did rent another the next week and moved back), it was a very stressful 2 weeks of moving back and forth, but the uhaul made it doable and while I hope I never have to move again, I will use uhaul if I do.
Jessica DYour app is useless! We wasted nearly an hour trying to get the app to work to pick up the truck prior to the business opening and it never would connect and work properly. Once the business opened, I had to wait another 30 minutes to allow for other people ahead of me to be taken care of. It made it very stressful. I will not recommend anyone use your app.

Christine Ethe tires need to be replaced..they made the trip fine but the tread is low and there was weather checking going on with them as well...both tires. Also there was obvious damage to the right side rear but if I didn't catch it on receipt of the trailer I could've been responsible for it because the pictures for acceptance are of a new trailer and not the one I rented, I assume this because the license plate is different in the acceptance photo. I don't know if U haul does this on purpose or if it's just an oversight but it seems like a pretty low thing to do. Otherwise the trailer is well built and easy to use, a great design you have there for motorcycle transport, albeit a bit on the heavy side for a small trailer. If I had any suggestions for improving it I would have some D-rings up high on the top rails for securing the handlebars straight across.

Mary EThis location will automatically charge the $14 insurance fee. They did not give me the option to accept or deny. Every other location will ask you if you want the insurance. It was a very deceitful tactic.

Stephanie MBald tires on L (drivers side) rear. Led to blown inner tire with a 2+ hour wait for repair. When inner tire was replaced our repairman warned us that the outer tire was also bald and to be very careful and not exceed 45-50mph for the rest of our drive.
Taylor HNot happy about being charged the insurance when I told the lady I didn't want it and cost of fuel when I returned it on the same amount when I rented it. When I called to dispute the charges, she stated she had 4 invoices with my name. I did get ahold of the manager and he refunded the overcharges.
Spring BThe individual assisting was very nice and professional. However, I made my reservation at another location over a month ago and UHAUL moved me to this location which was over 30 minutes away, I think the most important part of a reservation is having the vehicle I booked at the location I booked, this location also did not have the moving blankets I also reserved. UHAUL then proceeds to charge you for the extra milage even though they are the ones who made you drive the extra distance.
Logan WWhen we dropped off trailer, it would be helpful to know what store to go into for a receipt. No sign on window or outside indicating. Also, went to Evansville, IN main Uhaul on Riverside, lady was not pleasant at all. In fact she was just plain hateful. Lady in Henderson, KY that helped us get our trailer, was super nice and helpful.
