My only problem was the fact that I didn't need such a big truck. I wanted a van but I was told that I couldn't do a one way drop off with a van. The smallest vehicle that I could do a one way drop off was if I took the small box truck. It made the move a lot more expensive.

Double check the neighborhood dealer’s actual hours of operation. UHaul scheduled me for a time the dealer was closed and unfortunately didn’t offer a solution apart from driving to a different city to pick up a truck (no mileage allowance, I’d have to pay).

Not the locations fault per say but the truck was empty as Someone syphoned gas and so I needed to fill it before I could even use It.

I wanted to do the phone check-in but couldn't find the vehicle; when I checked in at the counter instead I ended up without a vehicle walk-around. Just made me nervous to drive away with a vehicle that had a bit of existing damage/wear/scratches. It wasn't checked when I came back either, though. The people were great to deal with, though.

I was called to return car anytime on Sunday. And yet when I got there at Sunday, I was charged an extra day. I could have even dropped the vehicle on Saturday

I was very happy with the service Was supposed to pick up in Kennsington in Calgary and they were rude and hard to deal with I had talked to Bob and arranged to pick up at 4:15 on Wednesday and he told me it had been cancel because I didn't pick up at 8am he finally decided to help me get a place in Airdrie which caused a lot of extra driving and hassel I would not go there again

The car i rented everything to pick up didnt fit on the car despite 2 different locations saying it would, then couldnt get my money back. Wasted 170$ and my entire day.

The young fella working was very nice, polite, and accommodating. Wasn’t impressed that my bill was so high at the end - from $75 to $211, But that has no bearing on the service I received at the location.

i went back 4 times and they said 'all u need is a 2'' ball...the 5th time i was told i needed a welded on tow bar. at that point i was leaving to drive across from Alberta to Nova Scotia in 3 days. if u have used UHaul before then sure as always renter beware. but if u are a 1st timer then run to another loation....fast.i prebooked in March.Didnt help....3 different people there looked at my vehicle.After shipping horses for 40 years in different trucks and trailers this was the craziest haul ever. the actual trip was incident free...

Once I arrived at East Lake location I was treated with the 5 star experience, and I can't blame Balzac for the system being down, but I am extremely disappointed in the customer service received over at the call centre. I have listed the reasons for the less than 1 star experience at the call centre below. The original booking sent me to Balzac location. Upon my arrival at the Balzac location my ride left, and then I was informed that "the system was down". When I called the 1800 number to discuss options, they bounced me from one representative to another and several different departments. Once I reached the final department "traffic & control" I was essentially told "there is nothing we can do". I was only offered pick up at the East Lake location when I asked "IS THAT IT?" as the customer service rep was hanging up the phone. She then asked "oh you want to pick up some where else?" I had to start walking the 8 km home in the pouring rain, as my ride was long gone by this point, I finally reached them and they came back for me. The call centre made me feel like I was not a priority, and that my booking was not important enough to find me a solution, and If I hadn't asked "is that it", I wouldn't have even been given another option for a truck.

This location is a total dump. It’s one sink hole away from returning to the bowels of hell where it came from. On the bright side, the girl that works there (already gave notice) was awesome and she deserves something better.

So everyone knows moving can already be quite stressful and a company that specializes in renting moving trucks should understand this. When a customer books weeks in advance it would be nice if they didn't wait until the day before to call and confirm the booking. The day before I had to move I was told the truck ordered was to be picked up almost 2 hrs drive one way and there would be no help with additional miles or time on the booking. I had to deal with countless customer service representatives who just kept passing me from one department to another and then back again all of whom were excessively rude and unapologetic about the situation they put me in. If I had more than a days notice with all the issues involved in this truck rental I would have cancelled and found some other way to move. I would never recommend UHAUL to anyone and I will never be using this rental company again.

Nothing really. Service was fast, efficient, and the staff was polite and did an error free booking. Excellent service. I will be using U- Haul again for sure, and will definitely recommend U-Haul . Seriously though, it was an enjoyable experience , just due to the fact alone that it was done right. Your employees were great. Well done.

The auto hauler we rented was in very poor condition this trailer is very very old and has wire issue strap issues light issues this location in Airdrie Alberta deserve a better Auto hauler than what they're left with
