I rented a 6x12 trailer from this location. One of the guys hooked it up to my truck. After I left this location I was on the interstate doing 55mph for about 5 miles and got off. After about 3 mins off the interstate the trailer hitch come off the truck and started going all over the place while driving about 40 mph. I was able to get it hooked up again with help. The lights were now not working. I was going to drive it back to that location to get a replacement. The wheels started smoking. Called road side assistance. They sent someone with a new trailer. I was on the side of the raid for over 2 1/2 hours waiting. There was a uhaul location right done the road from where I was broken down. So now I am almost 3/12 hours behind schedule for moving. I didn’t get finished moving until almost 11 and should have been done at 6-7. And I contacted this location about the guy not hooking it up properly and then again to notify them they were sending a new trailer as I was on the side of the road. And they still charged me for the rental? Really? After all that, and their fault, and they still charge for this inconvenience to me and what could have been a very bad situation. Never again will I rent from uhaul. And I will make sure to tell everyone I know this story. Thanks Chris Kelly

The equipment was fine. I had scheduled a pick up time, knowing that I would have the kids with me. When I arrived, there was a 20-30 minute wait in order for me to get out of the door. There was a software glitch that prevented an easy check out, so I completed the easy check in online. The representative told me that it did not work, so we processed the payment again. I was charged double... but not really. It was odd because I was charged 158.27 once and 161.63 the second time. Even after follow up there was no explanation as to why the charges were different. I did receive an apology for the inconvenience, but the 161.63 remained outside of my account for three days.... which is a pretty significant "oopsie" when trying to move on a budget. The lesson learned here is to be wary of doing accelerated check-ins and always monitor your account for duplicate transactions. Software glitch or not, it was an inconvenience.

Picked up trailer, loaded it went about 10 miles and it had a flat tire. When called had to wait for someone to give us information on who to call.
