I found it difficult to find parking in the area,but overall i was able to get the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely use your service again in the future.

The desk personnel was extremely late and I had to wait almost an hour but she was fairly helpful once she arrived. I was charged for furniture pads which I never got so if possible I’d like a refund of that charge. My only recommendation is to have the staff be more prompt and efficient.

Attendant at the location was very quick and nice. Easy pick up/drop off, we had no problem with parking on the return,

The vehicle has mechanical issues - check engine light was on. The breaks squeaked. The steering wheel jumped every time you turned. The attendant called me to come early (I was already early) to an appointment because she was hungry. The worst!!!

I have been renting from uhaul for a while. Unfortunately, that was the worst experience I ever had. She was rude and disrespectful.

The gas was not full when I got the vehicle. The place smelled awful. The fog lights werent working properly. I asked the woman if I could use my car insurance. She said she didnt know because she was new and was not willing to find out so I had to pay the $20. In general, Uhaul should not advertise 19.95 vans if you add a bunch of additional charges.

The main reason I used U haul was because of the extra equipment (ie. dolly) it said I could rent. Reserved it and when I got to location, I was informed they didn't have it.

The app gave us the wrong combination for the lockbox so we would have been unable to retrieve the keys, except that the owner of a neighboring business happened to see us struggle and knew the U-Haul manager, so he was able to get us a spare key. It would have been a disaster otherwise. Would not do this again.

They didn't have the proper equipment that I needed. And this is way over priced. I might as well have got a moving company. This is not $19.95 what is and why do I have to pay a MI charge and I will never use Uhaul again nor will my friends and family. This was a waste of money. I paid $90 for this. It's a scam don't waste you're time or money.

The representative that called me to go over the charges was very rude and nasty, he was arguing with me back and forth and cursed at me, after yelling and cursing at me he then hung the phone up in my ear, when I called back he did not answer the phone. I am very dissatisfied with the services that I received from that representative! Those behaviors were unacceptable!

The location I picked up the u hual from did not give me instructions for drop off, and the young lady I spoke to in traffic was rude and dismissive by transferring me back to the location that I informed her was already close and had me wait on the phone for another ten minutes to speak back with them. She also told me to drop it off at the laundry mat that is around the corner from the location that I was told by the second representative from traffic. I spoke to a young man from traffic that was very accommodating, and straighten out the situation. He contacted the owner of the location , and did not get in touch with him , so he sent me to another drop off location .half way there the owner of the first location contacted me and threaten me with additional charges if I didn't drope off at his location. In addition , the location to drope of the vehicle , is not secured and the truck is left out on the street where there is major traffic that has the potential of damaging the vehicle. I didn't feel safe leaving the vehicle out on the street. The owner of the location was rude and was talking to me if I was his child. I didn't appreciate him talking to me in that manner. In addition I was charged an additional 7 miles going back and forth from the two location. You the young man from traffic told me he was going to credit me 5 miles to accommodate me , which I was happy with.. 727 pensyvania locaton needs to QA on their rental customer instructions, and need space to secure the vehicles for after hour drope off. The you lady in traffic needs a remediation course in customer service and dealing with the public.

The vehicle was there, when I arrived for pick up. Customer service provided by Josephine was excellent. Everything was straightforward. No hidden fees. Just how you would expect a bussiness to run. I recommend this location for their Uhaul services and will use them in the future.

I received my truck late which made me late coming back. I was charged for has because I followed the instructions to get the truck back fast no should have been allowed to has truck up because $5 would have done that instead I had to pay $15.because I disn't gas up. This location needs to be better organized.
