It took DAYS for them to check my truck in. I had to call about 6 times to make sure I wasn't going to get charged for extra time when the truck was returned on time, and with a full tank! I must have spent a total of 5 hours on hold over the course of several days trying to get the truck checked in & the issue resolved!Lisa B.

Due to poor communication from Uhaul, the initial rental vehicle was not supposed to be rented. It was full of water and the top had a large hole. We were given the other truck that was there but that caused a cancellation for the people who were supposed to rent the truck the following day.ROBERTA L.

This was the cleanest U-Haul i've ever rented and i've rented quite a few. Really appreciate that during the pandemic. The location is a deli which was quite busy at lunchtime but the staff were quick and efficient to accommodate our rental. In and out in a few minutes.Melissa L.
