The manager at the location was a champ, the corporate Uhaul office however caused me nothing but aggravation. Worst experience in a long time. We used their "self-check out" system and had nothing but problems. U haul you need to get your act together and focus on getting the customer experience right with this new app. This customer did not appreciate the 1 hour (+) delay in trying to get their vehicle rented.

Vehicles dropped off should be recorded as "full" VERSUS 7/8 or 3/4. This caused a discrepancy because the drop-off location stated that it 3/4 needed to be put back in the vehicle versus the 7/8 that was in the vehicle when we received it.

This location is fine, the UHAUL was of doing business needs drastic improvement from the way they reassign trucks with no notice to the way some of the franchisees do "their own thing" and leave the customer scrambling at the last minute and waisting time on what is already a stressful day.

Upon completing the necessary paper work and hooking up to the trailer, the store operator discovered one of the 5x8 trailer tail light bulbs was not working. He refused to go get a replacement, so I bought a replacment lenses and bulb kit from Advance Auto and installed it myself, and it worked perfect. I am hoping the return dealer will credit my purchase back to my credit card.
