The truck has trash in it that I did not know about and I got charged. I was also read u had 66 miles before I got charged and ended up receiving only 38 miles. I had huge issues with the first truck I rented, was compensated for my fuel but still had 3 hours less of my day. I had issues getting communications between me and customer service. I do understand it was a Sunday, but still. I appreciate what was done, but I do not think I'll rent again.

The truck was/is out of alignment. I had to keep the steering wheel to the left as anytime I had the steering wheel straight, the truck would veer off to the right. I almost hit a vehicle several times because of this. I couldn't go above 55 mph on my trip from Springfield to Kansas City. The speed limit is 65-70 most of the trip with exception to driving through Clinton, Mo. I called about an hour and an half into the trip when I realized the truck was out of alignment and all I got was “We’re sorry to hear that. Please bring the truck back and we’ll get you into a different one tomorrow.” How does that help me when I’m already 1/3 of the way into my trip? I wasted so much gas and time with this truck and I was still charged the same amount. To be honest, I’m not please with Uhual.
Jason rYou guys need to make your user interface a bit more customer friendly. Maybe a better overview of the process would be beneficial. You asked about the mileage and gas level before giving the key code. You kind of put the cart in front of the horse here.
Dominic KCheckout was weird no clear indication of were to pick up or drop off U-Haul, had to call, there was a whole twin bed frame in the back of the U-Haul and we never got our 6 moving blankets, we called 3 times to request refund and let them know with no reply.
KENT W1) Give the location the correct codes for vehicles that are locked. If we would have picked up after hours like we planned we would have been screwed. District manager had to come from 45 mins away to open truck. 2) In the app, have a way to show what the gas was (maybe from previous pic) When moving trying to keep up w one piece of paper is ridiculous! 3) Our truck leaked
Doug DBar codes were unable to be scanned and photos were not accepted. The small "x" to note damage was nearly invisible on the truck compared to the company website. Live assistance by phone was not available without a wait. Very time consuming and no on site assistance. I wasted an hour of rental time on the "check-in" and pick up my vehicle process. I had to take a video of the vehicle to ensure damages that existed were recorded and verifiable, if needed. THE Absolute worst rental experience one could imagine!

David GThe woman at this location was great. And the location was very convenient for me. My only thought is that the footage listed for the truck, in my opinion, is not really the footage I had available to me. I assumed the Mom's Attic space was a bonus, not part of the length of the truck. I feel I was missing several square feet of load space. A few month's ago I helped a friend move. She got a fifteen foot truck that was truly a full fifteen feet of load space. In the future, I will consider that company first, I'm sorry to say. It might be a real drawing card to change the length of the trucks and advertise Mom's Attic as free extra space. My other thought is that when I went to drop off my key into the box and needed to state the time, I was expecting to go to the site, select return truck option, and just enter the contract number and it would be all done. I did not want to set up an account and all that stuff.
Joan WInspect your vehicles, before we left for 2-1/2 trip, had to have tire replaced...half way through , stopped for gas and the hose was not connected to gas tank...wouldn't make it to destination, so truck had to be towed remaining hour and a half...panic attack and much stress and hours later we finally got it unloaded.

The only thing that I would criticize, and it is a big one and greatly effected my rating, is that the telephone is not answered at this location during business hours which makes it frustrating. The attendant Casey was very helpful when dealing with her in person.
Jim NI tried to pickup the truck but it had snowed and I couldn't get the truck out of the spot. I took another truck and let the UHaul 800# know but no one contacted me from the location even though I left a message for them. I would think that would be a good idea in the future..
Jeremiah MThis isn’t the location, this is about uhaul in general. You only gave me a 142 miles to move with, however the distance of my trip was 182 miles. You don’t even give enough miles when renting the truck. That’s ridiculous. I? shouldn’t have to go over miles by going from point A to point B, that’s the WHOLE REASON I? rented a truck. I? guess I? could have stopped at 142 miles and said “sorry guys this is all uhaul gave me to move with!!!” That doesn’t make any sense!!

Jordan HI was instructed to return the trailer to this location and then to find no one to help to unload was very disappointing. I had to find a man to help me left it off my hitch and I had to pay him $10.00 for his help. I had requested the location of n south Campbell.

RANDY LThe auto transport had two bad tires when i picked it up, could not get in contact with Eastgate Mini- Storage to notify them or request exchange. I had set up rental with another location but was switched at the last minute to Eastgate.
Rob HIt was raining and the one lady working in the office came out and disconnected the auto transport and moved the truck into the equipment area - very pleasant to deal with and accommodating.
JAMES NThe only problem is that it is very difficult to find the office. You should put signs out pointing to where the office is. Otherwise, the van and the service were perfectly fine.

I DON'T THINK THAT IS RIGHT OR FAIR...AND I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE HOW MUCH I WOULD GET CHARGED FOR NOT FILLING IT ALL THE WAY TO THE HALF TANK, I RETURNED IT WITH A QUARTER TANK AND U CHARGED ME 50 FOR A QUARTER TANK AND A 30 FEE?
