The quality of the truck was awful. The front cabin was filthy, there was an empty beer bottle in it. The back was unswept and a mess. I was worried that the truck wasn't going to survive our trip. The front door didn't close right and the breaks sounded awful. Uhaul is the only brand truck I have ever rented. I'm unsure what brand I will rent next time.

Pickup location and time changed multiple times. Location changed twice before arrival then when I arrived the location was again changed to a location 30 minutes in the opposite direction. When I arrived there the trailer was not checked prior to my arrival and a lock was on the back from the last customer. I had to wait for someone to come and cut the lock off of the trailer.

This was not the location I chose. I had asked for Flemington NJ, was told Clinton, NJ, Went to Clinton, no truck, had to go to this location to get the truck I needed. 'Corporate' Uhaul did not provide me the service I asked for and had to travel 50 miles out of my way and lost 3 hours in the screw-up.This is no reflection on the staff in Clinton or Easton

Guy hooked up auto-transport incorrectly -- wasnt familiar with the new locking mechanism and caused damage to my <30 day old pickup. U-haul has got to do better or let customers hook their own equip up -- i re-did what he should have done and drove 110miles with no issues vs. <5 miles and trailer detaching.

The inside of the cab was filthy! My husband drove it home and had to change his clothes! He spent a half hour cleaning the seats, vacuuming the floor and throwing out empty drink cans! I don't know how anyone could get the mileage of the truck and not see how dirty it was. The loading area was clean.

Was not trained on how to do a transfer. Supvisors were not able to help either. All help on the east coast went home at 7:00 pm. Local help knew nothing. Tried for 6 hours to complete the the paperwork. I had to call Arizona to get help to do paperwork. It is unprofessional on how long and no one knew how to do it. I will never use U-Haul again!

Wasn't given any instructions on where to drop keys off so it took us a while to find the drop box but other than that it was a fairly smooth process and the parking lot was well lit and safe at night to drop truck off.

I was charged for gas and I gas the truck back up before dropping it off. I also was charged 10.00 for a Dollie and it was $7.00 I would like to be reimbursed. Overall my experience with Uhaul was very pleasant and I would recommend it.

I was charged entirely too much money. Staff was incredibly unknowledgeable and disorganized. Easton Food Market should NOT be an authorized U-HAUL dealer. I will never use U-HAUL again because of my experience here.

The check-in process set me back 45 minutes on my day. First the app would not let me begin checking in until the start of my rental period. It kept telling me to call a number which was answered by a recording that said the mailbox is full, goodbye.Then the verification process of calling a family member took longer because no one was expecting a call. I don't understand why this is necessary, when I go to a counter rental they don't call my wife. When I went to get my key in addition to having to wait for the person, They did not have internet or phone service and could not verify my reservation. What is the point of a mobile check-in if you have to go in the store and wait 20 minutes to get a damn key?!

There was a UHaul center that was clean and bright 5 minutes from my home. Instead I was asked to drop off at a location 20 minutes from my home in an unfamiliar neighborhood with limited hours of operation. There was no public transportation coming at the time of when I wanted to drop it off. The attendant at the market was very pleasant though and apologized for my experience. Based on my whole experience (pick-up to drop off) I would avoid using UHaul again.

Our rental truck and line trailer were the only equipment there. Looks more like a staging area then a rental facility . Still the truck was ready and the customer service rep was very nice.

Be more truthful and transparent. I was billed for 21 miles of usage and only drove 11 plus I believe I should have been told that there is an insurance fee for each day of usage. Your practice of adding all of these fees without giving the customer prior seems a little deceitful.

When a customer has to return the equipment and it's not a U-Haul store the customer should be informed. I was late returning the truck because the U-Haul was located inside of a supermarket and U-Haul customer service didn't inform me until I called to say I couldn't find the location and I got charged for another day because of it.

While the location and the service at the location was great, the customer service team at 1-800-GOUHAUL was absolutely terrible. My preferred location pickup changed the day before our move to a location not very convenient or close to my move. I understand things happen and I needed to get the right truck size. After speaking to the person during my Uhaul pick up she said Uhaul would still prefer I return the Uhaul to my original proffered drop off which was much closer to the changed location. Out of courtesy I called 1-800-GOUHAUL to confirm I should drop off at preferred location and this was not the case. The two people I spoke with were rude and had no interest in assisting me. I'm sure this will go unread and I'm sure you do not care but I will never rent from Uhaul and pass this story along to this considering rental trucks because of my experience with your customer service staff at 1800-GOUHAUL.

This was the only location where I could pick up this size truck. It did require an extra hour or more to drive there and back. But your company did add 30 extra miles to offset this inconvenience.

There is no sign for UHaul at the C-Town Grocery store, just some trailers in the parking lot. I walked into a laundromat first, then went to the grocery store and asked until I found the customer service.
