With the online checkin and easy pickup and drop off - not sure I can recommend anything to improve.
Thomas DSteering had a 40 degree dead zone. 20 degrees on both sides. So if I needed to adjust left I had to turn the wheel a full FORTY degrees to be able to start to steer left. Truck was shifting hard as well. Check engine light was on when I got it.

JASON IThis location was fine. However the service from UHC of Delaware Regional Traffic office could use some improvement. Bounced me around a few times until I could get the truck I needed, which was not available at the 1st place I reserved it and then the 2nd place that the DE office directed me to. Still ended up not having the 2-Wheel hand truck I reserved.

Jeffrey MI called before I showed up to confirm that my 5' x 8' trailer was available to pick up and they said it was. When I arrived, they said I did not have a reservation and that they did not have a trailer available for me. Eventually, they found a trailer and everything worked out, but it was strange that they confirmed it was ready when I called and told me it was not when I arrived.

DEYATA EUhaul has issues with the app that allows you to pick up the truck before bussiness hrs. The business and the national customer service representative were not on the same page. The rep said the business did not process my request to pick up the truck at 730am and the business staff said they don't do that because of computer glitches. It resulted in a 1.5 hr delay and had happened before. U-hauls system stinks. My resting is based on the location, but make no mistake usual is poorly operated nationally.
