Computer system wasn't working we were unable to get the contract signed. I was told to go ahead and take the truck. Once I get home and start loading the truck I get a call from them telling me I was supposed to sign the contract there after they told me I didn't have to. I go back in yo their office to sign the contract and the guy isn't there who handles the uhaul stuff. I'm told I have to wait for him. I wait for 30 minutes and he never shows so I have to call into the main uhaul number to take care of the contract. Will not use them again.

They charged me $20 for returning the equipment early but after hours. I was not informed of this they just charged my card and never said anything.

We didn't have an appointment for the return but he was very helpful and pleasant. Getting and returning the trailer was a piece of cake. Thank you so much.

One wheel was cupped. When I brought it to the attention of the manager he just shrugged it off. I had to sweep out the trailer before I used it.

Clean the equipment before delivery

Called before pick up to verify they had the equipment. Got to the location and had to wait a little while, not too bad. Then went out to the yard to get the 4 x 8 trailer I was told I had to hitch the trailer to my truck myself (Uhaul rules) and the hitch would not work, so then the guy sprays WD-40 all over the hitch and expects me to put it on and then get back in my truck with WD-40 all over my hands. SO the hitch still does not work after being doused with WD-40 and one of the two guys just walks off? I guess he figured he had done his part with the WD-40. The other gut can't help because he can't speak English. So I Start walking around the yard, find another 4 x 8 trailer, pick up the trailer by hand and haul it over to my truck (can't use my truck to get to the trailer because the yard is too congested with broken down vehicles). So while all of this is going on the guy who can't speak English is sitting on the fender of a trailer staring at me and grinning, I guess I was entertaining him, still no sign of Mr. WD-40 (I never saw him again) . Finally, I get the second trailer hooked up while Mr. Grins sits and watches and I left. I can assure you this place will never see my business again. Oh, and by-the-way I wasted my time filling out all of that precheck in information and for what? What should have been a 15 to 30 minute task turned into greater than an hour ordeal. How ridiculous!

They don't seem to check their equipment. They rented me a tow dolly that had a flat tire and broken tail lights. I found out about these in the middle of the freeway.

Not allow the location where I rented the truck from be an agent for you all. They don’t do a walk through of the truck before they rent it out to their customers. They misinform you. They don’t tell their customers they’re going to be closed for two days. They lock their property so you can’t turn I. Your truck. They don’t answer the phone. They are beyond unprofessional. I have rented uhaul for years, but due to them, I and my horrible experience, I will never rent from uhaul again. Plus it took me and hour to get through Uhaul to communicate with them to complain about this location.

Everything was good, the equipment was clean and both Representatives were very helpful. I was only disappointed that I was not able to get a veteran discount when pick up the U Haul truck, maybe next time. Thank you for everything.
