Just make sure all info/rentals have a back up plan. If paperwork or employee is absent to complete rental. Eventhough this happened at this facility. They made it happen and I appreciate all the effort. THANKYOU!

ILONA ROBINSON1-Van was filthy upon arrival!! Food. Filth. Yuk. Had to wipe down with Clorox wipes ourselves. 2-Key was not in locker. Had to spend over an hour at site waiting on hold then from a call back from the field manager to retrieve key to vehicle. 3-Vehicle made odd noises. Wasnt registering fuel level even after we filled tank. All in all a very bad experience. We are presently moving and will be needing a rental again but will NOT BE USING UHAUL. FOUR THUMBS DOWN. Also- on top of it all We were charged $200+ for a one way 24 rental of a VAN!! Big ripoff but on a holiday weekend was only option. Goodbye UHAUL - Hello HERTZ.

Juan ReynaWas to pick a truck up near my house but no keys in lock box. Called and was on the phone for 50 Mins trying to figure out mistake. Nothing wrong on my part but all fault on uhaul. Had to then take 20 mins and 19 extra miles to travel to get uhaul and travel back to return and uhaul said they can’t do anything on extra miles. None of this was my fault but I have to take the hit on everything! Not very good customer service!!!!

ANDREW TYMAFirst, all the information was submitted on line and had to be inputted at pick even after receiving confirmation that it was updated. Also I had order a Cargo van and there was none available a truck. She was no able to print my contract and receipt and had to be e-mail. The problem is to many glitches with your webside..
