It all went smoothly! Only minor thing is that when the gas tank doesn't start at full, it's hard to fill it up to the right amount. I ended up putting in about $20 extra dollars worth of gas because the guy didn't stop the pump in time. It wouldn't have been an issue if I just had to fill it to full.CYNTHIA R.

My contract said to replace fuel to 1/8 and I confirmed via phone with Katiffany that I wouldn't be charged the $18. During the mobile return process, I was charged $18 plus tax which is contrary to what my contract stipulated.Susan J.

Pros - trailer was there liked the 50.00 dollar guarantee Cons - Owner never looked up or greeted us. He was smoking a cigarette and just asked for I.D. credit card. Place was very small basically mechanic shop. He finally smiled when taking picture of trailer hitch connection and explained that people were removing them and reattaching losing the trailers.Ruben A.

Nothing. This location is the best uhaul location I have ever dealt with. I rent vans and trucks from uhaul up to 20 times a year and have had to go elsewhere when I needed more or different equipment than is at this smaller location. Never as seamless anywhere else. So I guess that it would be better if they had at least 2 vans at all times to rent.RAYMOND D.

I used the app. It was very user friendly, give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes. Make sure to bring a phone charger, because upon returning I only had about 10% phone charge left and you will need to take pictures of the vehicle. Luckily it wasn't dark, because my phone wouldn't let me use flash because I had no juice. So, just a reminder if using app.....have your charger!!!jeffrey L.

Mud was on the floor in the cab and in the back of the van. A used water bottle was left in a cup holder. With the pandemic, the cab should have been cleaned better. When finished I wiped down the cab surfaces with Lysol Wipes so the next customer would have a disinfected sitting area and touch points (steering wheel, buttons, door handles),Stuart S.

Loved this location. The last time I rented was from a different location and that was a nightmare. The trucks were clean, full gas tank, easy and accommodating with pick up. Will not only use this location if need to rent a truck again, but have already recommended this location to family and friends.christine C.

The online pick up process was horrible. We had to go into the location to do the rental the old fashion way. Reservation was for 10 am for a 4 hour rentalbut because of all the delays the rental wasn't processed until 10:22 am. I got an email that it was due back at 2pm which didn't account for the time it took to do the rental.MARY C.
Vans are always brand new. Low mileage and usually with a full tank of gas. Owner is always helpful and makes the rental process so much easier than at the company store in NANUET.RAYMOND D.

The gentleman at Eggars Automotive took very good care of me .Truck was clean and ready for me on time.. The only problem was when attempting to make the reservation on line I was informed that there was hardly any availability of trucks in the Rockland county area, but when I contacted Eggars Automotive they assured me that they good handle my reservation with no problem and they did just that.Dan M.
