ALBERT MI made my reservation online. When I arrived at the facility the paperwork was completed quickly and the 5 x 8 trailer was hooked up to my car. Fast service and all questions answered.

debra kWe were going to rent from Home Depot but their internet reservation service was useless. And the information was wrong. I called them and spoke with a guy and he couldn't rent to us over the phone - told us to rent through the online service: WHICH DIDN'T WORK!!!!! So, I called U-Haul. I SPOKE to a human, who gave us excellent information, the price was LESS and we were driving away with EXACTLY what we needed within an hour!!! Great Job Guys - Thank you to Gina!!!

ONEIL JThis is the 3rd time I have been charged for gas when I put enough or more than I should. I didn’t complain before but this time is the 3rd time and I even took pictures but they at this location do not want to hear it. They did not get in the truck before I drove off to check apparently they check before but it is incorrect what they put on paper. I will never nor any of my family go to this location ever or U-Haul anywhere

Alejandro BVirtually no place to park the vehicle after hours. Had to go to a back entrance and leave outside the gate. App was so slow in loading that I had to leave the poorly lit back gate before the app allowed me to take a picture of the location in which the vehicle was left.
Don LDropped the truck off right when they were closing and lady was helpful telling us where to park and what to drop in the box. They emailed a receipt the next day that everything was good and we were compliant. Thank you

I would maybe recommend this facility in the future but I definitely think there needs to be better signage about where its okay to park and not to park.

My only complaint would be the vehicles that park just inside and around the entry gate. There were almost always vehicles that made it difficult to get in and out of the first building and or gate area.

Fresnel S | Overall ExperienceRat feces and urine ruined my $2,600+ sectional, dining room chairs, 5, and decorative pillows. Droppings throughout the storage unit and In packed boxes. The “climate controlled” unit clearly has issues. The glue holding the placemats to their base were melted w/ glue seeping to the top. The manager was rude and his solution was to say, “Sorry. I can’t control what other customers bring in.” That’s it?! Never ever would I have used this facility had I known there are RATS running about, even mice! When I asked to speak with him, he quickly rushed me outside so other customers have no clue of the filthy condition they’ll be exposing their personal belongings to. Unacceptable. I paid for storage for 17 months to dispose of really nice personal possessions for a “Sorry.” Photos available of this. Disgusting is an understatement.

There was always a cart available in the building for our use. The manager Blake was very nice, helpful and accommodating. He was available almost all of the time if you needed him. I only rented for 4 days of February, and they refused to prorate me for the remainder of February. I was very disappointed with that policy, and that they would not bend the rules. I don't recommend this storage for anyone, because their prorate policies are poor. This is unfair, and should be changed immediately.
