Could not find the entrance. Drove around the building twice until i saw the tiny door sign. Went inside and the person had no idea about receiving a trailer and did not believe me until i showed the email as proof. Then a couple days later i got an email from uhaul about a late fee for not returning the trailer, so the person i left it with did not record it w/ uhaul. Uhaul had to look into it and ask them to look at their cameras. The whole experience was frustrating.
