For one not to be rude with paying customers and two stop trying to scam people.
charles lWhen I went to pick it up the location manager canceled my online pick up order. I had to call to have it reinstated. When I dropped off, I did the entire mobile app check in. They don’t have a key drop. They had the gas station manager take the key and he asked for the mileage info again. The UHaul person then processed the return the next day. I wanted to charge the remaining charges to another card. Location manager said I’d be able to do that but the full amount was charged to my card and the two holds are still not released five days later. I’ve incurred overdrafts on my account because I was double charged. I tried calling customer service and got no help.
Wesley ZThe cleanliness of this particular truck was below average, the cab was full of dog hair and loose debris and the back of the truck was never swept out before being rented to me. I think it is important to have those areas clean when people are putting their personal stuff in them. Other than that the rental worked out fine.
Gregory CListen to the customer. I wanted a one way, and they had me in the system that I was going to return the truck back to this location over one hundred miles out of the way. Did not even got my contact by paper, since they said there printer was out. Had to call customer service a couple of times to avoided 300 extra fee. Poorly scammy location.
ELMER LMy experience was not satisfactory, I asked for a cart to transport furniture and they did not have it on site, I called you and they sent me to another location and they did not have it in that one either, they only offered me a cart which I did not need, then I called again and they sent me to another branch which did have it, the problem in these cases is that I wasted a lot of time looking for it, additionally higher mileage and therefore higher gasoline consumption, although this is the least of it, the problem is offering a service the which they do not have available when one needs it. I hope that they correct these types of problems so as not to affect their clients, because if the opposite is true, the inconvenience comes from the client, you will simply act at your convenience and that one will pay by mistake, even if it is involuntary, from the staff who They answered by phone, I have no complaints, they are very attentive, cordial people and they looked for a way to help me, thank you in advance for your attention.

Jaime CI was doubled charged. My rent went from 9am to 7pm of the same day and after delivery the truck I see a 2 days charge in my invoice. I am still waiting uhual contact me.
