This is not something I want to find out last minute that there is no vehivle availbale especially when doing after hours pickup. Your videos and websites say how easy it is to pick up but if you don''t process the asset reservations you cause the customer grief.

PUNIT JODHANImy rental was booked at 11am, they cancelled my rental without letting me know and when i called u haul control they rebooked me 1:30 pm but i had to wait till 3pm finally to get the vehicle ,more to it the gas was almost at end so i had to fillup gas first before doing my own work, cause of this the guys i hired to pack up my stuff charged me double, they were supposed to packup the truck till 1pm but it took them 6pm to fillup the truck cause of all this, i really suffered a lot, lot of stress and tension, u haul is really renouned and esteemed company ,m still in shock that someting like this happened to me, i really hope next time i book uhaul i dont have to go through all of this mental stress and harrasment again

Marcus CrossWorst experience, I opted for 24/7 mobile pick up at 8 AM and when i went to location the website will keep showing me that I’ve opted for personal pick up whereas my email clearly shows 24/7 mobile pick up. i had to wait till the store opens. I called UHaul and she said only option is to pick up at 11 when shop opens. I claimed $50 because truck wasn’t available and i never got that as well. Worst experience I’ll ever have.

After hours key lock was broken, hence instructions were given to place the key under the driver side mat and lock all doors. I hope I am not going to see some absurd charge. I was unable to reach Uhaul customer service line as well to report this.

Navdeep GillI made a reservation on the phone, the Uhaul rep took my credit card details and confirmed that I would be able to pickup from the location at Williams Parkway at 1pm. When I reached the location, a teenager at the counter told me that he would not be able to help or give me the keys to the Cargo van. I showed him my online reservation # and info but he said the owner was away therefore he could not help. I called Uhaul and was told someone would call me back. I received a callback from David Butler, who asked me to go online to process the pickup, the online link kept freezing again and again. On calling David back , he was able to help with the lockbox code to get the vehicle keys and take my payment details. It was 2pm when I got the keys and was able to leave your store. Now to top it the gauge for gasoline showed empty, so I filled $45 of gas but it did not budge at all. At the end of my journey at 8pm, I finally saw the gas needle move to 1/8 th the tank . So I called David to confirm if I needed to fill more gas and was told it would be okay to bring it back. I appreciate his help but this whole experience is way below expectations. I was very disappointed that such a reputable business as Uhaul had such lack of professionalism and value for their customer. It was not only the Inconvenience at the time of pickup but also lack of respect for an individual's time. I hope there is proper training and procedures in place to rectify this situation.

Next day i called and they let me signout and i was ending up paying extra 50$. This was such a bad experience and i will not going to take the Uhaul service anymore and let my circle know about this pathetic service

I was charged for two days rental though i asked for 5 hours, store manager did not change from 4 hours to 5 hours. and customer care agents really sucks when i took this issue to them. They said they cannot do anything and i had to talk to store guy. i will not recommend UHaul to anyone. instead i would go with Home depot.

Younus Khanthe first issue i experienced was on my reservation it showed a different location Technosis computers had to call into support and my pick was late. the truck was also not cleaned there was used mask in front. outside of that the rep was helpful. no issues with Embit computer's location

Julia CostaThe vehicle cab and cargo area were a mess. It was not an issue of the previous user not cleaning it, rather it was clear it had not been cleaned in months. Also, I verified the return myself online yet was charged a convenience service fee that should have only been added if I had not verified the return online so it’s obvious this charge was manually added in an effort to rip me off.

Anas MsyatiI didn’t have a good experience for this pick up place as when I reached one more person was waiting for the keys. We tried calling uhaul customer care but it never got connected for him and embit computers owner was not ready to help. I was lucky to have a uhaul account through which I later figured out that we can take keys online. I was feeling bad for the other gentleman as he was still waiting. Secondly my bill was of $53.67 but I was charged $60.02, I tried calling uhaul customer care and it took 56 minutes to connect and lady told that this money is kept by your bank to keep the booking that make no sense to me as deal is between uhaul and myself why bank is holding money.

As per the agent on the phone, the store doesn’t share location to do self return and then charge additional amount to complete the return. Why the customer has to pay when system has a flaw within uhaul. Please advise and return the additional charge

It was my first time renting a U-Haul and I had no idea how things work. Had to spend 15-20 minutes in opening the back lock and getting the code. I would definitely never recommend renting a truck from that location.

When I returned the van then also he was available, I asked him to check the van , he said he is not involved in checking.. A call from the executive, I can explain better.

When i went inside the shop to ask how can i get the keys , he is not helping me either . He just said call uhaul customer care number . And after i done my trip , when i parked the truck then i got the instructions about how to get truck keys through online .

I had a drop off time at 2 and i called the uhaul customer service to tell them i was going to be late and when i got to the location the unit i was supposed was closed and locked. I knocked on the door none answer. I called uhaul and the person i spoke to called the owner and he didnt pickup. And we got disconnected. Then i called again and andrea picked up. She also tried calling and none answered. Then she ask if i want to drop off at a different location. I didnt want to add cost to the truck and said no. And she said that i can drop the key in the dropoff bin and also i wont be charge for the late since i had to wait an hour in the parking lot and the owner still didnt show. After a few hours i get the receipt and the owner charged me 10 extra for fuel and the late fee. I call uhaul and told them i have pictures of me fillin the truck with gas and that i wasnt suppose to get charged for the late fee. She aid go to the location and talk to them. I went and showed the fuel and the picture and then he went ahead and refunded me the 10 dollars for the fuel but not for the late fee. I spent so much on the phone with uhaul and had to wait in the parking lot for an hour and the owner never showed. I rent from you alot and this has been the worst experience
