Too far for me
Sarah CNothing! Ive rented many u-hauls over the years and this place was quick, easy and no hassle. It was laid back and i was in and out in 5 mins. I wish all u-haul facilities were like this place. Definitely will be making this my goto facility.
Jeff YI reserved a trailer three months in advance and it was not available when I went to pick it up. Instead I was referred to a location in another county. What's the point in reserving a piece of equipment if it's not going to be there?

CHRISTINE KThe staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the back of the truck has a large muddy, sticky spot that I had to clean prior to loading the truck.

JERRY WWas supposed to pick up at another location. Apparently even booking a month ahead that is not good enough. Had to drive 45 min out of the way. Didn't have the hitch ordered at the new location. Had to find one in that area another 2 hours. Horrible

ERIC YThe place was closed, we called u-haul and they were not helpful. Their hours were 8:00 to 12:00 on Saturday,we dropped it off 9:30 no one there.

Ronald WI will not rent or recommend UHaul again. It was a frustration experience overall. I reserved a truck 5 miles from my house, and was expected to be re directed to a truck pickup 45+ minutes away from my house. Uhual ended up finding a more local truck that was for sale, it was filthy, alignment was horrible which made it incredibly difficult and uncomfortable to drive down the highway. I feel that trying to make everyone happy, versus following through on what customers are reserving and then making them have to go out of their way to get a different truck, change plans they have had set up for moving, is poor customer service. It was a very discouraging process.
