I seem to have been charged an extra 19.99 for a blanket I didnt use. Ive reached out to the company no response yet. I will try and see them in person over the weekend

Mauricio DVan was very dirty inside when picked up. 19.95$ rental fee ending up at 177.00$ is a very large sales scam in my opinion.... very very kusleading indeed. Gfor a local pickup and drop off ofvone piece of furniture.... overly expensive for a 4 hoir rental.

Jose MFrom the dealership point of view (that he shared with me); the U-haul central system ( being slow ) wasn't showing the right renting price grid so he had to verify and make his own adjustments. Althouht turning up in my favor, I felt he was disturbed to loose so much time on a simple trensaction.

Loiretech CTout c'est bien passé mais, ils ne sont pas très honnête pour ce qui est du niveau d'essence, alors au prochain client assurer vous de bien prendre en photo du niveau d'essence,moi il m'ont dit que c'était a la moitié mais le niveau n'était pas vraiment a la moitié, alors je l'ai ramené au niveau qu'il était et il me dit ce n'est pas au bon niveau et il me montre une photo et rien qui me prouve que cette photo est vraiment celle du camion en question, mais encore la c'est mon erreur de leur avoir fait confiance, alors svp prochain client bien s'assurer du niveau d'essence même aller le vérifier avec le commis qui vous a donner l'information faite attention

Phetdavy NLe service était conforme à ce qu'on s'attend minimalement d'un commerçant. Le plancher du véhicule aurait pu être nettoyé car il y avait beaucoup de sable mais il faut comprendre que ça reste un véhicule de service et non une limousine.

Michel GAvec seulement 29k km le vehicule etait vraiement sale. Pas deneige et la balais etais en pitie etat. Charge 4.87l essence pour 13.9 km tandis que le average indique dans le dash etait de 17l/100km.

JULIEN MI had a very good welcome by the staff at Beaudoin. You could ask if your employee was competent and/or how was your costumer service. I would’ve give a 10/10.
Christophe HFirst of all I needed a15 foot and they confirmed that it was a 15 but in real it’s 12 at the floor level and 15 at the top of the van it’s what I consider a bad advertising. Also when I took the van the fuel gage indicated 1/8 so when I finished I refilled it anti more than 1/8 and when they were closing the transaction they told me that I’m missing 17$ which was ridiculous. I’m really disappointed I should’ve just take the delivery option that the store was offering me.

Garbis IThe U-Haul app on my phone did NOT work to pick up and drop off the truck. I had to go inside to pick up the truck with a rep, its was a very smooth experience to pick up the truck from them, but I needed to return the truck after hours, so I had to return using the app which doesnt work. You share your location, enter miles & gas level and when you want to take a pic of the dash and upload it the app stays blocked there. It wont upload the pic. I did it with 2 different phones nothing! Finally thought to use the website directly and the site let me return the truck - but please, fix the issues with the app. Thank you

REAL HÀ qui de droit, Je désire aborder un OBJET autre que celui ci-dessus investigué. Voilà, lundi le 5 JUL 2021, location d’un gros camion cube chez U-Haul, boul.Dagenais, Laval Ouest, en vue de transporter (50) pi. de cèdres abattus (Centre de récupération, Ville de Laval, à proximité, boulevard Dagenais idem). Passant devant le Centre, arrêt á celui-ci centre pour vérification d’acceptation de cèdres,. La réponse du préposé : “ OUI mais... pas avec un camion de cette grosseur, seulement avec un Pick-Up “... ce qui aurait nécessité nombre d’aller-retour.. Conséquemment, retour immédiat du camion loué chez U-Haul, Laval Ouest à quelque (2) km (non chargés... mais tout le reste si) ! Dans les circonstances, pourquoi ne pas avoir émis - - une note de crédit ouverte sur 6 à 12 mois - - plutôt qu’une facturation dans les (70,00$) tenant du ‘vol à l’état pur’ sous prétexte que : “ C’était là le RÈGLEMENT de U-HAUL “, ce dont je doute, avec rajout : “ Qu’il n’y avait qu’à contacter U-HAUL en cas de désaccord “, que je m’empresse de faire à l’occasion du sondage. Vous remerciant de la bonne attention apportée á ma demande de révision du dossier, j’apprécierais, certes, un suivi à ma demande. Irki IThere was a discrepancy regarding the rental duration. My reservation was for 10 hours as per the info on the web site but at the pickup i was informed that no matter what said the uhaul site the duration of the rental was for 6 hours only and that if i that wasnt enough i should book another slot of 6 hours if awailable. I was able to finish in this 6 hours time but i find it problematic that the rental location would not abide with the terms of the reservation thru the uhaul website. Furthermore i was told that in the future it would be easier to forget the website and call diectly. The terms of the website should have been allowed
