The staff was not very helpful or friendly.. The van I rented was in fine condition.. It wasn't a 'bad' experience but it wasn't a good one.

I had a one way rental and was issued an old truck, which I found out later that they issued the wrong vehicle. My return was stated to be in Ohio when I was traveling within California. Luckily it had made it the 180m without speed nor damage. The cleanliness was not on par, windows dirty and interior smelly. Not sure what you do to compensate but thought I would let you all know for future rentals. Best

NICHOLAS STOVERWhen we called to tell them we were going to drop off the UHaul, the employee seemed stressed and confused. He said their lot was full. When we told him we had made arrangements online to drop it off there, he said to go ahead and bring it. This worked out fine for us :), but what it tells me is that UHaul's online interface is not always communicating well with its locations. We chose this location because it gave us a discount to bring it there instead of bringing it to the one closer to our destination. If the center feels overwhelmed by the number of UHaul's, then the website should not be incentivizing customers to take it there for the sake of its associates at the individual locations. The location was shared with an autobody shop. There was not clear marking to tell me where to go. The only person qualified to help with Uhaul concerns was currently under a car working on ti. He was very helpful, and put aside his car work to help me. But it would be great if it was more clear what customers should do when they arrive there. The key drop was very convenient and I appreciated it!

Tim LearyThis location was unattended at the time I wanted to rent a cargo van. The app was very hard to navigate to check in and would not get a clear scan of the back of my drivers license. So I had to spend 40 minutes of my rental time on the phone with customer service rep. Then, to check the van back in, the app kicked me out during the photos of the van after rental and I had to again call a rep and spend another 30 minute’s closing out. To top it all off there was no “Orange key drop box” on the building for the keys and had to run the combination on the lock box where I picked up the key to leave and secure the key. Truly an abysmal experience, I don’t know how you stay in business. I will avoid using you again.

Cindy StaedPLEASE HAVE DONNIE GREENE CALL ME. 415-306-4656 I am disputing the charges. I was quoted $46.95 and I added Saferide for $15.00, I only drove 15 miles which would NOT BE 11GALLONS - NO WAY. The Fuel Surcharge of $30.00 should already be submitted as a credit. U-Haul needs to adjust the gallons charges. I DID NOT USE 11GALLONS. Repeat. I drove 15 miles which would be using approximately maybe 3 gallons max. I was completely overcharged for this rental. The truck had NO BRAKE LIGHTS and NO TURN SIGNALS - this was confirmed to me by other drivers honking at me when I would make a turn. I thought I was signaling. The brake lights not working were confirmed to me by a third party who was following me to our destination.
Annmarie KokoliosErickson automotive hates renting the Uhaul’s! They are clear about this. They give you the key and that’s it. I had to take video of the truck to ensure proof as no one checked me in or out. They key wouldn’t come out of the ignition but they closed early (with no notice -I rented that morning- tell me you are closing early)and I had to wait until someone pulled up to help me. The parking break was hard to reach and up inside dash.

Paul LopezNo issues with either location, just the overall was really disappointing to not have a drop off location set when I picked up, have to call a hotline and sit on hold to even know where the trailer should be dropped and then be charged an additional day when I dropped off the trailer to a closed location on a holiday. ( Also lame that I am forced to fill out all the questions to leave feedback about the experience that I actually wish to share.)

cindy maierPads ordered 6 weeks in advance. Not available at pickup. The location to no ownership of the problem, "I don't work for U-Haul." I admonished him and he called U-Hall and we had to drive around to find the pads. It was a terrible experience. You should not use this location - makes U-Haul look bad. Also, got an older truck with issues with the door sticking and not well maintained. That goodness it was an in town move. Can't imagine what I'd have done if I was driving cross country.

Benjamin LipperThere must have been server issues because it took about five minutes to load each of the ~10 steps in the vehicle check-out process. It took about 45 minutes, and it was a terrible experience compared to, say, Zipcar, which is about as fast as if I owned the car.

Thomas BradyAct like a U-Haul center. This operation was an auto repair shop. U-Haul was very much a second service for them. They didn’t have the furniture dolly I ordered and the truck was never inspected with me present. Was not shown anything…the truck was pulled up and the guy left. Very poor service.

alex floresNo one was there to receive you for drop off. There was an employee loading a trailer to a truck which is fine but he seemed to be the only employee out there. It’s a small location right next to a body shop and I had to find the employee working on a vehicle next door to make sure I dropped off the rental truck and they were aware it was there.

Clint DeckerYou're not allowed to park your car in their lot because of the other businesses. That makes no sense as my car could have taken one of the empty uhaul spots or other empty spots. Further, there's no where close by that you can legally park your car. So...what do they except people to do? When I asked where I should park, the guy said, you can try across the street but it's at your own risk. Across the street was a funeral home. There are no places to park in this area. I will not rent from this location again.
