The price was for Km but then when you paid it was reverted to miles. Not consistent, but staff was great as i went to another location and she helped me get something closer to where I was moving the stuff. Thank youTANIA N.

This was my first time using a uhaul and i'm a bit annoyed actually. The back of the truck was very dusty/rust residue on the bottom(not sure if that is normal?) The previous user left a container of fruit in the dashboard, who knows how long it was sitting there in the sun but because it was still in there, it is apparent that the employees at the Esso are not double checking the inside of the truck when it is returned. When trying to rent it in person, there was a server issue which caused me to wait 30+ mins just to get the uhaul that i filled out all the details for online. I'm sure that there could be a better system in place/implemented. To top it all off, when I returned it, the gas tank was full and on the line and the employees made me fill it up so it was even more on the line..after spending 80$ already to rent the truck and returning it with a full gas tank, I should have been told this prior to renting it. Luckily I rented it from a gas station so filling it up with an extra 6$ of gas was easy. Also fine tuning the actual price of gas on the laptop /program used by the employees to reflect actual cost would be good. I was informed that if I returned the truck under the kms I requested I would get money back and I did not. Huge miscommunication here. Overall just little inconvenienced to make me most likely never use a uhaul again especially a 30+ minute wait for a truck rental that I inputted online to have ready for my moving date.Miranda C.

Agent insisted I pay by credit card only. Did not check truck with me. Inside of truck filthy and steering wheel sticky. Assistant manager of siteat Welland and Bunting asked us to take truck to him and he spent an hour cleaning it for us. Give that kid a raise!EVELYN W.

I was advertised 24/7 pick-up and wanted a vehicle for 9:00am and up until the day-of that is what my reservation said. When I went to check-in I was told I had to pick up the truck in person and wait until 10:00am when the store was open. Also I only needed a one way truck but one "wasn't available for the weened of Apr 23-25" so I had to pay 2-3 times more to rent one and drive 250km instead of only a one way trip of 125km.RYANMATTHEW J.
The u-haul system was down, and the person at the gas station referred us to the u-haul main branch (it was closed at this time) - that wasn't great. But after we pointed out the main branch was closed, he called his manager and managed to process our drop-off. So I'm grateful for that.XIN RAN W.

The truck was filthy from pick up. Used napkins all over dashboard. When mentioned to the owners we were told they are not responsible for any cleaning/sanitizing. I have rented uhaul probably 5 times within last year and this was the worst truck I've been to.Ben T.
I was charged something that I specifically turned down. Have still not been refunded and the Area Field Manager who was "taking care of it" and "looking into it" couldn't be bothered to take care of this.Aaron W.
Reserved a dolly to move some heavier items , but to my surprise , no dolly , asked the guy in the gas station where it was and he told me they dont have any ! I would have never rented from uhaul in the firat place had i known ! , its called the bait and switch .....and its illegal !dave P.
The branch attached to an esso gas station is great in idea however the customer aspect is completely lost. The uhaul service is second in nature and priority to the employees. Signing in and out felt like I was told to click here and wait without any real information given.Ewen W.
