There is only one issue with Uhaul website information, when I tried to make self checkout I couldn't succeed to do it due to technical problem with the website itself. Another issue is the fuel amount, when I did the checkout at Uhaul third party office the website showing it should be returned with full tank but I received the vehicle with almost quarter tank only, I tried to make a dispute by calling Uhaul office or to chat with somebody online but no use, I have to pay immediately the full amount otherwise next day renting will start. After that someone called me and checked all the information and solved these issue finally. Thanks for him cuz he understood the whole issue and solve it immediately.Omar A.

I was charged a $30 protection fee that i did not sign up for. I was so rushed at the time, and rushed by the service representative becuase he had other customers at his gas station, that i just paid it and left. Very unhappy with this service. I have protection through my employer as well as credit cards. I have used u-haul multiple times in the past 12 months and have never selected any type of protection plan.Mark O.

While the employee/owner of the Esso gas station were very courteous, the uhaul rental experience was terrible. The check in system was slow, I had to come back as the van window wipers weren't working, having to alter my move, then when I returned I had to redo all my information, which took forever because uhauls system is so slow and the poor Esso employee had to juggle my request and their regular customers. I would have thought uhaul would give me some kind of reimbursement or compensation for the inconvenience......but they only refunded my initial $50 deposit........not satisfied at all.Valerie,susanne R.

The service was excellent, the women at the counter was friendly and very helpful, however the truck was not cleaned, which means this was not sanitized. I think with the way things are this year with COVID, UHaul should be making more of an effort to clean and sanitize the vehicles prior to renting out. Thanks, JennJennifer A.

The check in process via smartphone was very poor. It took over half an hour due to verification issues. Maybe a verification before pick up would be a good idea. However the attendant at the Esso station was very helpful in trying to rectify the online issuesGrant M.
I did counter pick up for 3:00 pm . I believe I'm the first person to rent from them. Nothing was set up . I finally got in the van at 3:45. I'm glad it was just a small move . Because that already set me behind. I had people waiting just after 3 . The van it self was very nice to drive. On returning van again was there for 15 minutes. And had to ask if we where done. But I would rent there again because it was convenient. In time I'm sure it will get better.Lorrie S.
