Couldn't find my reservation when I went to pick up. Kept asking me a bunch of questions to look up instead of just asking me for my reservation number. Told me my furniture pads are in the truck cargo, but they weren't there. Then told me they don't have any. Wouldn't help me when I asked if there was another location nearby that would have furniture pads. Couldn't find my reservation when I dropped off the truck, same scenario until finally I said, dude just take my reservation number and you'll find it right away. I honestly should have smacked my face with my palm. Facepalm!Patrick D.

Lights could not connect to our vehicle. We had to go buy an extension at our cost on our precious time. Still did not function. One the the hooks on the chains was damaged therefore could not hook it to our vehicle. We brought trailer back and cancelled and I have yet to receive an email confirming this cancelation!! All this in the pouring rain! Terrible experience!!Sue C.

Truck was not cleaned prior to my pickupâ€¦ there were food scraps on the floor of the cab and a dirty maskâ€¦ the cargo area was full of soil, dirt and other small scrapsâ€¦ I did self serve pickup and when it came time to go get my keys I was held up for 20 minutes after completing while the gentleman working figured out what he was doing and finally found my keys.Laura M.

Friendly helpful staff. Easy to access and lots of space to return equipment. Will be my first choice location for uhaul equipment. 100x better than the experience I had with the East end location in Cornwall.Jeffrey R.
My reservation originally was on Friday.. when I showed up there was nobody there to complete my pickup.. I called uhaul who then sent me to another location 20 mins further away.. I arrived there for my trailer still nobody there.. they then sent me to a 3rd location... which did not have the trailer they were said to have had.. so I ended up having to reschedule the job I was doing .. now instead of having my wife at home to watch our daughter I had to pay for a sitter on Saturday.. I arrived to the scheduled pick up location where they had messed up my reservation again and tried to charge me 400$ for the truck that was supposed to be 150$ .. after a disagreement with the person I was forced to leave as not to miss an appointment I had... then do a 1 hour round trip back while talking to uhaul to fix my reservation.. they were unable to take my method of payment and while trying to take cash out their atm went down which then forced me to again drive another 20 mins further away to retrieve money else where.. upon getting in the truck there was garbage in the cab in the way of empty waterbottles and paper towel stuck in the cup holders from a previous renter.. and the smell of mice urine and feces coming through the heater vents was enough to give me a headache even with the windows down.. when I returned it the store was closed which I knew I had to return to get my deposit back figured I would top up the gas then.. but the tenant insured me he would be putting my entire deposit in the gas tank.. I had to drive down there again and argue with him that it was only on quarter of a tank when I was issued the truck.. and I would top it up to the same amount.. we argued back and forth I put in 30$ which brought it up to a little more then I had acquired the truck with.. worst experience I have ever had when dealing with someone or a company to get a serviceJames S.

There was a lock on the U-Haul that's had no combination and had to get bit cut off..we paid over $200 for a U-Haul thing's didn't add up and the guy couldn't explain how he can't to that amount..guy was very rudeKrista T.

I had originally booked my uhaul for pick up at the St. Andrew's location. Upon arrival on the day of my move, the St. Andrew's location was closed. I had knocked on the door despite the fact the sign said closed because I had my rental booked. I was told that they were closed and the site said so aswell. I tried to explain that I had a booking with confirmation and everything and she did absolutely nothing for me. I called around for another uhaul and the only place open was the Esso. When I called Esso, I was told my booking was transferred to this location. I was never informed about this switch which is very inconvenient and stressful on an already stressful day of moving. Never will I try and book a uhaul at the St. Andrew's location again.Bailey W.
They showed up almost 30minutes after closing. Trailer we rented was buried in snow and behind a van that was blocked in by snow bank. He came out to move van and didnt know how to drive it so I had too. Could only reverse into snow getting stuck. Had just enough room to back truck up to trailer. Tried to show him damage to side of trailer but he didnt seem to care. Called the help center number and they were excellent but this location in question was bad service.Matthew L.

We have mentioned everything as trailer was changed while picking up and even provided hime the changed trailer unit number. But the guy failed to close my contract until Tuesday after I have dropped-returned trailer on Sunday.PURNA A.

Drivers door wouldn't unlock from outside, key got stuck in passenger side door. A lot of damage on truck. Was told last minute my truck wasn't available abs had to drive an extra 30miles out of my way to pick up and drop off truck!Jean-Claude C.
Ensure cleaning/disinfecting completed before next customer. We had to wipe down seats, steering wheel, radio knobs and dash. Unlocking mechanism on outside driver side was not working. Had to unlock passenger side to get in.G C.

It is not about the man at the location - he was pleasant - but I couldn't understand that when I moved from Cornwall to Morrisburg on Nov 28th of last year...it cost me roughly $100. I moved back to Cornwall on March 8th (same distance) and was charged $272. It was something about the gas level he said. Why doesn't a company like UHAUL have their vehicles full on gas when the driver (my son) comes to pick up? I called head office and got attitude there with no understandable explanation again.
