Location was sketchy and the location handed me the phone to do all Of there work, where’s my commission for checking in another vehicle before I use it
Robert CClean out the trucks, and learn how the process of rentals is supposed to be. Don’t make your customers go back out in the rain to take a picture of the odometer and gas gauge and then try and take a picture of their phone. Very unprofessional.
BRADLEY AI have rented from U-Haul a few times and the fees for local for a few hours was ridiculous 100.00 for tire light to be on mileage not included extra charge on top of the 19.95 fee 41.00 for the mileage and charge for equipment that I never received. I have rented in the past from another location and my total would only be 38.00 this was a very stressful situation and if I would need U-Haul this would be the last option. Customer service was good.

Clay MThis drop off is 4 miles from our property so it was very convenient. However, the guy working there does not speak English. He couldn't understand what my husband was saying so the guy called U-Haul. The lady from U-Haul could not understand him either so he had to put my husband on the phone. They finally got the return finalized but it was a hassle. It probably would not have bothered me so much if we had not worried about the tire going flat the entire trip.

Frankie MThe attendant entered the reservation as a trailer. Why would they change it? There was no dolly available that we had on our original agreement. We had to go purchase one at Harbor Freight. (80 bucks down the drain) She put in insurance when we had declined on our original contract. Wasted almost an hour of our time to do and Redo a contract that we had already submitted online She put in the incorrect return location than we had on our original contract. This service level was far less than what we had expected. We deserve a credit for the insurance she forced. Further discounts for the most unpleasant experience
Charles HIt literally took forever to get the truck picked up. Granted, they said there was an “issue with your system”. So that part I could have overlooked. However, when they pulled up the truck it was filthy inside, smelled terrible and only had a 1/4 tank of gas. Obviously, had to fill the tank before we could even leave.

Kathye ATruck wasn’t ready when we arrived at our scheduled time . Inside the back of truck wasn’t clean . Had a mess from the ppl that used it before us. Truck changed three times after reserving online and pick up location changed twice .
