Renting at Everett Downtown Storage was great. The manager Sheree helped me with my options and book it quickly with me. Then the other manager Anne was there to help me when I pick it up and when I turned it- so swiftly and quickly. Thank you both for helping make our moving day with renting a truck super easy!

Emily SThe rental form said that the starting fuel was 3/8 tank, but it was actually below 1/4. I rented right at close, so I wasn't able to bring it up to the attendant. It's not a huge deal, but I'm hoping I won't be charged for returning it 1/4 full. Two more things: I didn't receive the text with info about the rental until I had been on the road for a while, and during the return, I couldn't figure out how to upload a photo of the mileage and fuel level on the mobile website.

deana bOur truck broke down. Had to make plans for the next weekend for a "free" truck. Then it wasn't ready or there. Go to the next location in lynnwood they send me to and they now don't either. I was hours late and take a whole another day. Also, had to pay extra and still need ti call for a refund that she was supposed to be dealing with. Now they are trying to charge me. I'll never rent one again. I'll use home depot. It was a complete disaster. Terrible customer service.

Marki GGuy was very rude, I never asked for insurance on the rental and he charged me for it. Also told me to have it back before 6pm or id be charged an after hours fee when my rental was a 24 hour rental. Ramp doesn’t up out and latch onto the trailer so had to lift all my items into the truck past the gaps from the ramp to the truck

We were coming from 60 miles away so to have everything made so easy was a lifesaver. I can not stress enough how excellent their customer service was. Although they are so far away from us I would still highly recommend them to everyone up in that area that needs to rent a Uhaul.

Jacqueline DDon’t charge them Two Days when it only takes Six hours and Two minutes, feels like a money grab and when I asked the employee about the charge they said we can’t change it. I feel U Haul has taken advantage of me by using the 1 800 number to secure a car trailer. I would suggest to not use the 1 800 number and just locate a U Haul store and rent by the day. One Day is approximately $64.00 The 1 800 number charges you $164 and some change for two days even though you only use less than 1 day.
