Daniel GI've never had so much trouble in one place in such a short time. I needed the truck on October 15th, I booked it 3 DAYS BEFORE and they called me a day later saying that I would have to pick it up in another city because it wasn't available ON THE DAY I SCHEDULED IT. The least they could have done for my wasted time was a discount or for someone to pick up the truck. I needed the truck again this week, I only picked it up again from you because it was the only place that accepted 8AM pickup via cell phone, I arrived to pick it up and a message appeared on my app that I should wait for the store to open at 9AM, I had a appointment to pick up my furniture that I got and was going to lose all the furniture if it didn't arrive on time. Thanks to the kindness of the man who was in the store I didn't lose everything! this is insane
Lilian NUhaul app was not functioning at time of pick up. app is not as easy as video suggests, especially when it doesn't work when you need it, luckily the store owner was on site and was very helpful.

THOLINIO JMy U-Haul experience with Al Lattanzi at Everett Supply and True Value Hardware was terrific. He could tell that I was stressed about my recent move and did he went above and beyond to get me the right truck at the right time. We had to switch moving day at the last minute and Al accommodated us. The day before the move we realized that we needed a bigger truck and went out of his way to find us one. He's very helpful and calmed me down with some funny stories. I would highly recommend Al Lattanzi if you need help with U-Haul. Five Stars!!!
Jill Mno gas. it was was 3/8 of a tank. i was. told i had to put it to a 1/4 of a. tank plus what i used. the truck smelt of smoke. the guy was very unprofessional i will never rent from there again. i will also let my friends now the same

Al patiently assisted me with return instructions, and made sure that I was satisfied with the truck and that I felt comfortable in the drivers seat. The truck was clean and in excellent condition, I felt very safe! Thank you very much Al, it was a pleasure working with you and I enjoyed talking to you!

Luis mI will be renting from this location in the future, the owner of the store has excellent customer service and the store is organized, and clean. Finding Parking for my vehicle was difficult, I recommend letting a future customer know to have someone else drop them off or to let them know there isn’t parking available for their vehicle in advance, there is only street parking and it’s a busy Main Street. Otherwise, I recommend this location.

After making a few calls to Al, he went to bat for me and pulled enough strings to ensure that he'd get me a truck. His efforts literally made it possible for an extremely busy month of my life to go very smoothly. Eternally grateful for everything Al did I'd 100% recommend this uhaul location. Great experience
Rhys PI had originally booked my UHaul through the Somerville UHaul location but was forced to change the reservation to this location. It was more difficult to get to and resulted in a higher milage than anticipated. It was difficult to maneuver the truck out of the parking lot because the exit is on a very narrow residential street.
Will Cthe truck was dirty and on low fuel and the right hand mirror did not stay in place. Any bump made the mirror move, making it dangerous to drive without a passenger
Daniel SThe website let us book a self/mobile pick up at 8am but the owner keeps the keys inside and he doesn’t open until 9am. It would be helpful if we could complete the entire pick up through self service. Also, it’s very confusing to figure out how to get to the parking area bc it’s on a one street and inaccessible from the main road. Also the owner (Alfred L) was rude - he told us to wait outside until he helped the next customer. Two other customers went in and he began helping them until I went back in and requested to be served. He asked my my last name and I got the feeling he did not want to rent to me as I am an Asian female. He honestly came off as racist and sexist. I will never rent here again.
