It took a lot of time to reserve but was friendly the sight which they said we needed to put things wrong was not there. Or easy to access . Better internet at pick up would help with service time

Had to drive 30 miles the wrong way just to find a trailer

John C.They were very new to Uhaul they had no training and they over charged me no surprise I should have left in first 30 minutes of them not knowing how to use your system! I received a call from U-Haul about that the same day of rental asking if I rented for 2 days or 3 days I said 2 she said they put 2 on contract but total is for 3 days? She reassured me it will fixed once returned on returning on correct day the 2 day, I got charged even more money when I returned it! I am not ever using them again.
