The lady at the desk was very polite I normally go to the one on Gallatin pike and they are so mean and non understanding to customer needs but this location was very patient an understanding to my needs

The person at the receiving point/destination does not keep normal hours. The barber in the same building was helpful. He stated that the associate usually arrives between 10:00 am up to 12:00 pm. She probably has too much going on in her life to have a job with U-Haul.

I was relocated to this location because the uhaul where I made my reservation did not have my van.

I set a pick up time online and when I got there, the store was locked and no one was inside, despite the “open” sign on the window. I called the number on the door and received no answer several times. They said they tried to call me and notify me that they would not be there, but they were calling the wrong number, not the one I listed in my form online. The trailer I was supposed to take had a flat tire so they let me take another one. They said it was reserved for someone else, but I happened to be there, so they gave it to me. Hopefully they got the flat fixed before the other person showed up. Overall not a very good experience

Inform customers that they will be charged if they are dropping off a trailer late. Was not informed there was a late fee, only that I had two days to return the trailer.

No communication from the manager on site and they didn't answer the phone afterwards to explain the extra charges incurred. Very disappointed and won't ever go back
