john cThis location was closed on the day. I was to return my vehicle. Because of this and the way their facility was located, I had to park outside next to the highway because their fence was locked. It made me very uncomfortable.

valery bAs I paid the charge for the trailer at the bottom of the screen there was a message to the effect that when one makes the reservation at a location then that is where one can expect to secure the reserved equipment. It would be good if U-HAUL had followed through with this statement.
Allen KThese guys have great customer service. Great guys. It's just that theyre not open on weekends like the rest of the Uhaul companies and if you're not back in time you're basically utilizing a vehicle that someone else could be renting.
