We would really like to thank Richard. He went out of his way to get the size truck we needed to this location. Otherwise we would have had to go an extra hour and a half (pick up and then back to house moving out of) to get a truck. Thank you Richard!
The only difficulty was getting pictures after texting mileage, etc. A bit more required when just putting the key in the box worked for years.

I'm not sure why I was charged 12 dollars for gas. They told me to return the van with 1/4 tank of gas and I did. Disappointed in that.

when I drop no body coming in office after 30 mints some one came my tank is full I fill gas 20.00 I am not happy when I pick truck same amount tank gas I fill up the y chage me extra 27 dollars I need refund
We have no smartphone as we live in rural America where cell phones don't work. I think the requirement to use you cell phone to transmit driver's licenses is ridiculous. YOU NEED AN ALTERNATIVE.
Although it was a trying experience, it was good. The equipment I rented was a bit of an over kill, but it was an new GMC box truck. I'll rent again.

The best experience I have ever had with U Haul
Computer training is needed at this location. 47 minutes for express pick up is no good. This location is not interested in UHAUL, they are devoted to oil changes.

There was some initial confusion regarding the reservation but once that was resolved everything was fine. The equipment was good

Had to find someone to check me in, took forever. Did not help find the correct trailer or assist in hooking it up. The tie downs were missing on top of one side, lower one was broken. Have never had a trailer in this condition. It should be repaired or taken out of service. Glad I only had a few items to move. Will look in the trailer next time before I hook it up.
Bartley was friendly, fast, and efficient handling the check-in. I liked the service so much that I plan to use Express Lube to handle future maintenance for my car.
I had ordered a 10 ft. truck but had to take a 15 footer even though I placed the order a week before. This was not too bad, but this keeps happening with U-Haul. One time I had to take a 30 footer which was really far too big for my load. I realize there's a certain amount of chance involved in finding trucks, especially in rural locations, but a little effort to meet the customer's specifications would be helpful.
The man was rude and was going to charge me for milage, when I didn't need it. I had to call the people I rented the truck from and have them tell him that I didn't owe any milage and had 4 days on my Contract. I would never drop off another truck in Clayton, Ga.
Have equipment available at the pickup location requested by the customer!
Your representative did not even come out to help hook up the trailer I rented to ensure proper hook up. I can only imagine what it would have been if I had been an older person.
The people were good. The trailer wasn't maintained. We had a flat tire at 4:00 on I-85 on Labor day. We waited for over 4 hours for a repair truck. It was hard with kids. I appreciate being able to move myself but I will never rent from U-Haul again!
There were 2 mechanics working on a vehicle. I reserved through the UHAUL app but finally when I got waited on, I had to go through the application again. No time saved. The whole experience of picking up the trailer was unsatisfactory.
Probably not the location's fault. Your on-line system is terrible. I did a check-in on line and prepaid. Whatever check-in process he used told him to ask all the same questions that the on-line system asked plus some other very intrusive questions (my boss's First and Last Names? Really? For a stupid trailer rental?) The claim that checking in on line saves time in this case is completely wrong.
Could have offered the help get trailer off hitch. A customer came out and helped me.
