The young woman working at this location was wonderful but she was the only one working a store full of people who were getting angrier by the minute. The owner kept calling her due to watching her on camera. A second person working would be so much better and less stress for all.Natalie D.

The fees and charges were never explained to us. When I called to extend each day I was only told it would be an additional 40.00. So I thought I would be charged an extra 120. NOT 370!! What a rip off and very deceitful.Louis W.
Had to back out blindly into the street with no spotter. Truck should have been backed into the spot not pulled in. This could cause unnecessary problems and a accident. I am a CDL driver. Couldn't image someone that wasn't familiar with the truck and size trying to back up into the street with no help and can't see if there is traffic coming. There was one person working for e entire business - busy convenient/gas store, took almost 45min for pickup. They did not have the appliance dolly that I ordered online, said it was UHauls fault but nonetheless, we had to move appliances with a very small dolly, not safe! To their credit, they did decline adjusting our bill due to late return (two hours).Cathy B.
The truck was a little worn but it ran perfectly. The best part of the experience is dealing with the staff. The husband/ wife team go above and beyond to make it easy. My concerns were their concerns and the quality of character matters to me! Thank you again.Cathy S.

The service fault engine warning was on as well as the battery indicator when I mentioned it the UHAUL dealer said..." oh, it's fine, don't worry about it". Also, the AC worked intermittently.JOSEPH S.

Battery light would come on and go out once you stopped the engine. Would be okay for a few minutes and then come back on. Low tire light was in. Reported both to the agent. He said he would look into the issues. The cab had an empty plastic cup on the drivers side. Some debris on the floors of the cab and in the cargo area. Nothing really outrageous. However, it does give me pause as to how the trucks are cleaned between uses.THOMAS K.

It was a convenient location for pick up, but inside the store itself was ... somewhat unkempt. Their primary business is fuel and it is overall a convenience store for drinks, snacks and smokes. The store clerk was courteous, helpful and very kind and we very much appreciated his assistance as following links for the rental was somewhat challenging.Steven R.

We had to wait over and hour just to return the uhaul and the owner of the gas station was calling us at 4 saying we needed to return the vehicle now and we told him we've been here over an hour waiting since 4 he said okay and just hung up. We weren't the only ones waiting and there was only one person at that gas station working.Ryan J.

Only complaint I have is I opted to return the truck to your preferred site for a cheaper rate but it was at least 12 miles farther than the original drop off area and I wasn't given a larger amount of miles to compensate for the difference. So I ended up paying for mileage overage charges which negated some of the cost savings by returning it to your preferred siteSuzanne B.

It was the worst experience I've ever had. From when I tried to call to reserve and the woman was rude so I hung up and called U-Haul instead of the store, but I ended up having to pick up my truck from the same rude woman location. I stood there for an hour while they could not process my payment (unbeknownst to them the system was down) and they walked away to wait on customers and left me standing there to problem solve myself. I had to call and get my payment processed. Horrible!!samantha K.
The person who was assisting me had to step away several times to help other people coming into the gas station where this U-Haul rental was located. They were the only ones working and were pulled away countless time picking up and dropping off. The vehicle was parked in an area that was blocked by the building and other things and other vehicles had to be moved. Also they did not walk out with us to check the vehicle location for pick up.Much better experience at a location that was just a U-Haul rental. All of the above questions don't really have an answer that I would like to use aside from the location rating. The equipment was over all clean aside from the inside which had some mud and leaves, which is unavoidable at this time of year, the vehicle was well maintained though. As far as the location I would recommend it. At least if you will be dropping off the vehicle during business hours. I rented a van at the later part of the evening and was instructed to place the keys into the drop box. When returning the vehicle I attempted to put the keys into the drop box but the slot provided was way too small, even after trying at various angels. I ended up calling customer service and explained it to them but the service rep some how too my explanation as 'not being able to find the box" After explaining it one or two more times she seemed to have understood and instructed me to place the keys in the van, under the passenger seat and lock all the doors aside from the drivers side, which seemed extremely unsafe given that it was just at a gas station. Additionally when doing this I would have really liked a confirmation of the instructions I was given as far as leaving the key under the passenger seat in case something were to happen after drop off. When requesting confirmation from the service rep I was told that it wasn't possible and that she would just be leaving a note on the account.Christopher W.

This location is the worst first I showed up at my scheduled time of pick up I had to wait 30 min to get my truck so they were late.lady never walked me out to my truck to look over it at all with me then I returned the truck and was told I damaged it I have a witness I didn't do anything wrong. So then after arguing with the owner he said I wouldn't be responsible for the old scratch. I look at the truck there are scratches everywhere. Then he hits me with a 25 dollar cleaning fee for 2 leaves I said you could have asked me to get it I feel like they were scamming me all the way I've never had this problem with the main location in Lorain Ohio /254 44052 but these foreigners with there stations and uhaul store out the back door it's not good business it's funny because I complained to the uhaul lady when she gave me my reservation she said go there I said I did and they didn't have any knowledgeable people to help me. I will tell everyone not to use the uhaul location ever!!!lamar J.

It was a gas station and the cashier had to keep helping other customers while trying to figure out how to rent the truck to me.Melissa H.
Pick up and drop off seemed awkward as associates tried to maneuver the Uhaul app using tablet. The app froze up for some unknown reason which caused delay and confusion. Problem resolved timely enough but associates cannot give undivided attention to a matter like that while waiting on others also. Overall not a horrible experience.HARRILYN A.
