The worst customer service ever. The vehicle was perfect, clean and in good condition. BUT the staff at this location were not trained at all. They made several mistakes at check out (admitted they made mistakes) but refused to correct them. They tried to charge 1000km instead of 180km and they tried to charge extra rental days as well. It took hours and hours to straighten their mistake out. They literally said: " i don't care...call u-haul,...i am not changing anything" .....We will never go to this location again. U-haul needs to follow up on the training of their representatives...

Although we are responsible for keeping our locker secure, it was found open on two separate occasions because I wasn't able to close it properly. A routine check on my first visit would of solved this issue. Also, my experience on line with the van rental, although it turned out well, was anything but intuitive. I was an hour late, my mover couldn't stay and I had to finish a four room move alone. Finally, I paid for a month on the 26th, moved out on the 1st without getting a reimbursement. Not cool.

J'ai fait la réservation au téléphone, puis je suis allé payer et prendre la remorque à 16h30 en précisant que je vais la retourner au plus tard à 19h, soit 2 heures et demi plus tard. La réceptionniste m'a dit que c'est "ok" mais que ça ferme à 18h. Donc, si le retour se fait après 18h, je dois tout simplement la remettre au même endroit. De fait, je suis retourné à 18h 07 et c'était effectivement fermé. J'ai donc remis la remorque au même endroit et j'ai pris des photos. Le lendemain matin j'ai reçu une facture me chargeant pour 14h de location. Le montant initial a ainsi doublé. J'ai tout de suite appelé Liquidation Spa pour demander pourquoi. Le réceptionniste m'a dit qu'il vient de commencer son "shift" et qu'il a indiqué au système que je venais de retourner la remorque puisque moi-même je ne l'avais pas fait sur le site web de U-Haul". L'ironie dans tout ça c'est que personne (absolument personne!) ne m'a jamais mentionné de faire quoi que ce soit sur le site web de U-Haul lors du retour, ni au téléphone ni sur place. De plus, j'ai reçu 4 différents textos et 5 différents courriels suivant la réservation et la prise de la remorque, aucun d'entre eux ne me dit d'aller faire quoi que ce soit sur le site lors du retour. J'ai alors demandé un remboursement, c'est là que l'enfer de la procédure commence: il faut appeler à un autre numéro (service à la clientèle) pour tout réexpliquer et ensuite me faire dire que ce n'est pas eux qui s'occupent de ça. Ils m'ont donné un autre numéro pour appeler et encore tout réexpliquer à quelqu'un qui semble comprendre à peine le français et cette dernière m'a tout simplement baragouiné qu'elle va laisser une note dans mon dossier et c'est son "boss" qui va me rappeler pour la suite. Donc, j'attends encore l'appel du soi-disant "boss" et personne ne m'a encore rappelé...

Vous ne prévenez pas sur le montant a payer comme prélèvement, vous ne prévenez pas que vous avez nécessairement besoin d'une carte de crédit, il y a trop de surprise avec vos paiements et les remboursements n'est pas instantanément vous parlez d'une préautorisation mais dans le fonds non ce n'est pas le cas

The process of using you call software both in ordering the vehicle and in returning it was absolutely abysmal. It took half an hour to make the payment go through at the beginning due to technical difficulties and I had to repeat the return process using u-haul.com/share multiple times in order to return the vehicle. I did not get any notification that the return process went through and overall the user experience with the software is terrible.

I have been charges 3 transactions in my bank account for equipment i did not receive at the moment of pick up, i only got 6 covers initially and they charged me again and again and again, a trip around 200$ ends up 736$ with no explanation. I struggle to get uhaul support …..
