Hands down the best uhaul experience ever Paul was amazing he helped out so much. When I got there I was paying 109.00 just to rent the uhaul Paul worked his magic and got that lowered to nearly half of that. I booked online and was being way over charged for what I needed. The old guy did it again thank you Paul for making my experience better.

James OArrived within stated hours of operation to find the place empty. Sign said the attendant went to the bank and would be back by 4:15pm. Attendant finally showed up at 4:35pm. After dropping off the equipment, attendant assured me that he would check the equipment in on the computer and send me an email. Two days later, I drove over to the location and personally spoke with a different attendant who admitted that my rental had finally been checked in that day. What an extreme in experiences from check-out to check-in.

Solomon OMake sure your equipment is maintained. Staff should not tell clients to repair equipment. When a client is delayed for 48hrs it should be an emergency 48hrs ago. Using clients as part of the solution is not a good business model. Supporting vendors should be courteous and helpful.

Dylan TTerrible Experience! Truck broke down on first leg of an in-town move and was stranded on the side of the road for hours. Communication with the store management was non-existent. I had to secure my own replacement from a different store and never received a call from the manager. I called the store to let them know about the break down and they said "what do you want me to do?" when I asked about a refund they said " you have to call U-Haul, we don't control that"

Mikeal LJust asked me for the keys. And asked if it had gas and my belongings were out if it. I understand he didn’t want me to keep waiting since they were both helping someone at the desk. But would have liked to continue conversation of putting too much fuel in and I didn’t use the padding/covers. Can I get a refund then?

Scott BAwesome customer service agent when I picked up the brand new cargo van. It only had 1021 miles on it. So that was a surprise. It was very easy to drive and load. The CSR was super helpful when I needed to extend the rental one more day. When I dropped it off the following day the owner was the one who closed my rental out. Very pleasant man and very excited about his new pickup and cargo van. The front was well maintained and parking lot was well managed. Great place for storage and uhaul rentals.. Highly recommend
