There was no one there - the number to call had no one answering it. It was difficult to get access to the app from the location to do an online return. There should have been a way to show the location would be closed during our drop off period and in that event I would have chosen a different return location.

Even though my pick up location was changed without me knowing I got my truck that I reserved without any problems and a brand new truck with only 400 miles on it.

For the first time visiting it was difficult to see where parking is located. The guy at the desk seemed "very" busy with another customer but he finally got around to being able to help two people simultaneously (yay, customer service) so he got all my paperwork ready for the trailer I wanted. He did not offer me insurance and added it anyway ($8). Later, I called and said I couldn't have it back by 1:00 and he said "No Problem, we close at 5:00" so we returned it at 3:00 and then discovered he charged me for two days. Good thing UHaul customer service is awesome and they were able to credit me back for an extra day but also for the insurance he added without my permission. Also, I would only recommend this shop to a Spanish speaking male as the guy at the desk was speaking very slang Spanish to his coworkers and other customers. He didn't know I understood almost everything but thank goodness they weren't crude!

Make sure employees at this site understand how to handle uhaul reservations. I was charged extra $70 when the employee told me that my card is not charged until I pick up the truck. However, I already checked in online prior to picking up my truck. I thought all that I had to do was get the keys of the truck and that’s it. It took me almost an hour just to get the keys and deal with refunds. This site has poor customer service and lack of knowledge in uhaul reservations. Also, Amanda who is supposedly the manager of the Tucson uhaul location was also trying to charge me extra taxes and fees when I already paid everything prior to picking up the truck. I called uhaul customer service and they told me that I should not be charged with extra charges.

People there claimed that they had no idea of how to check in a trailer that was scheduled to be returned there. They shrugged and said "Not my job." Only after I called Uhaul who called this location were they willing to take the return. This location does not represent Uhaul well at all.
