Even though my reservation, confirmation email, and text messages from U-Haul.com had this as my designated drop off location once I arrived to check the truck in they refused to except my truck drop off saying that the truck number that I was trying to drop off was not registered in their system. Even after calling the district manager, who I had already spoken with after my difficulties getting a truck from the pick up location earlier this morning, Told me that it would be fine and to just leave the truck there and that he would take care of it himself later the employees at the store refused to allow me to leave the truck. They insisted on calling the store manager who was off duty and having him call the district manager himself in order to get The general managers approval for me to leave the track. This once again delayed me significantly by almost an hour dropping the truck off. Even after the district manager agreed to give me a $50 credit towards the rental cost I will not be using U-Haul services in this area again set both locations had staff who were poorly trained and did not care to provide the excellent customer service that I have experienced with all of my previous U-Haul rentals in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and New York.

Too expensive the price I was told was way more than what was charged on my card very unsatisfied customer and the truck did not have a railing or a dolly some of my furniture broke because of that I’m so upset

They listed that I was leaving with 1/4 of a tank of gas. Luckily I checked it. It was. only 1/8th of a tank. If I wouldn't have noticed this, I would have had to have paid for another 1/8th of a tank. They didn't seem to take this error seriously. They should, Customers get very upset if they are being charged for gas they did not use. Also, it is so much more fair to send a truck full of gas and have it retuned full instead of playing this game where you need to fill it up to a certain level of gas but you have no idea. how much you have to put in so you always are paying to make sure that it is over filled. What a screwed up and unfair system that is.

The location has too much going on it's a gas station convenience store restaurant and uhaul and all done with one computer and one register/ credit card machine at one window. The cabin of the truck was roach infested and smelled like urine. The dolly was bent and unsuitable for use and there was no lock to secure our belongings in the box. Due to this we really had to hustle and be overly vigilant in case of any thieves as we moved into a complex with several multi story apartment buildings and hundreds of units and also to avoid the roaches making themselves at home in our things - so no one could take a rest until we were 100% done. The advice I have is common sense, clean the truck interiors and use pest control to avoid customers with no pests getting the previous customer's pests.

spray for bugs and make sure the person who renting clean the truck cabin and the back.. when i rented the van every thing was great. the next three day i rented the truck because cant they say i cant rent the van out with cash. so i told them i cant use my card because them as in uhaul still have not returned my money in my account.it seem like i rented for$ 300 plus but they never explained it will return the funds in 7 days..

Everything was very easy, well organized, and it has always been a very good experience. This is my 2nd time renting from them. They have a great location for me especially being right next to a storage facility that I use.

The wait was very long returning the truck. I also went to put gas in the truck and the worker pumped the gas for me without my consent and put in the most expensive gas so I had to spend more money to get it back to the appropriate level.

picking up the van was great, and manager on duty was also great. Dropping off was a different story. I picked up at a gas station location, the van was supposed to be back by 9am the next morning but I finished my move early. The manager at the marathon gas station was rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. I came back with the truck at 10:30pm the same day and they closed at 11pm. Needless to say I was interrupting his plans because he closed the gas station early at 10:40pm and closed the pumps. When I asked for a drop box he waved me off saying that they were closed. I again asked for a drop box and he said you don't listen we are F@%ing closed. At that point I tried putting gas in the van and wanted to leave the van there and the jerk cut off the pumps. Then came out again talking trash about how they close at 11pm. I clearly reminded the Rude manager that it was 10:45pm not 11pm. He was not amused by me correcting him on the time. DO NOT RENT from the UHAUL @ MARATHON gas station on 45th street in West Palm Beach. They do not appreciate your business...

I reserve 15 ft long truck with ezloader, but when I get there person told me that trukneed to go shop , he told me he will give me bigger truck , I said I can’t take bigger truck I end it take smaller size with out ezolader that was so hard with out ez loader U-Haul did not keep there promise because they donor give me what I reserve for ???????

I should have known when the clerk had a hard time starting the truck that there would be problems.... I figured maybe it hadn't been started for a while. After we spent an hour loading up, we went to make a delivery and the truck wouldn't start. Too far in to turn back, we gave it a jump and made the delivery. Brought cables with us in anticipation of the future problem. Unfortunately, when it of course would not start again, there was a large truck next to us, preventing us from getting another vehicle in for jumping. We got to sit there for 45min before we could get another jump start. That's what I get for using uhaul, huh? The clerk could have at least offered a partial refund for the major inconvenience and wasted company time his lack of maintenance caused my employee and I...
