Nothing to do with extra closet, but it would be nice to go to the pick up location that was given 1st and get the vehicle instead of having to go to another location last minute.

They were so friendly and helpful. Easy in and easy out. You know I am not crazy about the self serve app. It's really awkward especially if you have poor wi fi or if it's raining and you have to take a picture of everything. I'm all about advance info via the website but when I show up in person, it's nice to be treated nicely by real people. There are a few that are really good at that and this is one of those. Hey Uhaul, here's a slogan idea for you...Easy In and Easy Out...from check in to check out or move in to move out, we make it easy. That's free of charge. LOL

This location was the closest to my needs. I booked a van and asked for a utility dolly. When I arrived for the pickup, they told me they just gave the last one to someone else, so I needed to drive to another u-haul location to pick another dolly. This is so unprofessional and it cost me time and money. I'd chose the other location in the beginning if I knew that booking stuff is really not a guarantee with u-haul. Really unprofessional!

The personnel were outstanding, personable and ready. However, the "newer" UHaul process requires a fairly updated cell phone to complete the transaction, which I don't own, complicating matters. If this requirement continues, I doubt I can continue using UHaul.

This location has changed ownership and branding. It is now a Cube Smart self-storage location and "No longer does U-Haul" according to the manager. When I arrived to pick up my van rental, the counter attendant did not know what I was talking about. He could not remember his password to get in the UHAUL system. The Manager had to take care of me. He handed me a van with no washer fluid for the dirty windshield, both front tires 15 PSI under pressure (According to the Van's on-board tire pressure system), and no drop box for my key for an after dark return. He told me to return the van in front of the business, leave it unlocked and leave the keys under the front seat. Which I did. I had to pay out of pocket to refill the washer fluid and put the front tires to the correct pressure for the 110 mile round trip needed for the van rental. This is a "Zombie" U-Haul location that needs to have it's equipment, location and rental privileges removed from it IMMEDIATELY. By their own admission they want it gone. The U-Haul app and corporation needs to act on this immediately.
