This location should not be renting U-Hauls. After completing my rental on mobile app, I tried to get keys to van and was told by lady inside that I needed to call owner for her to give me key. This does not seem to me to be the correct process. I was unable to reach owner after several attempts to call him. Then after speaking to U-Haul customer service, they were unable to resolve problem either. About 45 min after starting process to get keys owner finally called back and stated nobody tried to call him. This was a totally unacceptable experience renting. I have been renting U-Hauls for several years now and always had a great experience. This location should not be allowed to represent U-Haul! Spent $70 to get frustratedâ€¦ wasted time and money here. STAY AWAY from this location!! Would of be nice to have been compensated back for this horrible experience renting. I booked the time for the car from 7:30-11:30pm but was told that we needed to bring the van back by 9:30 latest. That left us very little time to do what we needed. The booking time and the time told to us by the employee was completely different and misleading. The process of using UHaul mobile was so painful and it would have been worth it if we didn't have to go inside and get a key. The employee kept saying we didn't have a reservation. We spent 30mins of what little time we already had just convincing the guy we had a reservation and already checked in and paid. For what we paid for and the little time we had, will probably not use it again. It was rough and expensive.Jeremy B.
Location was easy to get to at an Exxon station. While I was able to rent a cargo van on the same day I called, which was awesome, the pickup process took over an hour (new to the Exxon manager). The van had dried mud everywhere, even the steering wheel. I was hesitant to touch anything, but at the end of the day, I was able to rent a vehicle at the last minute to do what I needed to do.FILOMENA Y.
