The associate can definately improve on his job. Now I have an extra charge fee thanks to his "knowledge" when I finished and brought back the van. I asked if I needed to sign or do anything at check out. The representative told me I was good to go...... come to find out next day that I received a call later next day asking if I had returned the van which I did 30 mins before my time and the receipt came with extra fee because it says I returned the van the following day. So extra fee thanks to the representative to not doing his job correctly.

Three days later, I received a receipt from the rental. Please consider instituting processes to close these gaps in time.
Celeste PTERRIBLE, RUDE, MISERABLE & VERY NASTY manager at Exxon of Mount Arlington responsible for renting UHaul. He couldn't have treated me more poorly. Very condescending. Thinks women are beneath him. I'd never rent again or buy gas from this Exxon. The only way to improve experience for the next customer renting a UHaul is to rent elsewhere!
Cynthia FI went to pick up the truck after work, I spoke to the person in charge and was told I need to download my liscence I told him there no option he said wait five minutes I said ok. Ten minutes later I look and it looks the same the guy then had to call someone where he told him something in another language and he looked and said wait. I have been waiting for 20 minutes so far and told the guy what am I waiting for is he coming? He called again and this time he was on speaker he started getting frustrated and told me I told you to wait I’m sending you the link I explained I didn’t get this message. And no need for the attitude but I needed the truck so I had no choice but to wait . Finally they gave me the keys and send me the pictures to approve and came to find they had given me the wrong truck. He then had to go back and get the keys to the right truck. I dropped it off the next day and got a call at around 7 pm asking if I returned the truck if not when I was returning it. Horrible customer service very disorganized.
vannessa aScheduled a pickup in the morning and had to wait 30 minutes for the manager to come back, which he never did. Drove off and got a text to check the truck to make sure it is the right one, so I pulled over and it was in fact the wrong truck. Pulled back in and had to call the manager to sort it out and they said they would switch it in their end but never got another notification to check the truck. The truck was fairly clean with the exception of the moving blankets in the back but the truck had a whining noise anytime you accelerated.
