Julius DThere was a problem with the truck on the way to Georgia. We were able to overcome the situation every time the alert came on but it meant some delays. This was reported when the truck was taken back but we were told we should have called when it happened. That would have created an even longer delay. When I asked for a partial refund, I was told no.
Kyle RI WOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU AN EXCELLENT BUT I EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM THIS TIME. WE RENTED TRUCK ON 11/22/22 AND RETURNED ON 11/23/22. 1 DAY RENTAL PLUS SOME ADDITIONAL HOURS. I WAS CHARGED 7 DAYS RENTAL BECAUSE THE LOCATION DID NOT CHECK THE TRUCK IN WHEN RETURNED. THE KEY WAS HAND DELIVERED TO A PERSON AT THE OFFICE AND SAID THEY WOULD CHECK IT IN AND SEND A RECEIPT VIA EMAIL. I NOTICED ON TUESDAY THAT MY DEBIT CARD WAS CHARGED FOR THE 7 DAYS NOT 1 DAY AND A HALF. I AM RATHER UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am elated that I searched the city all over for a uhaul and luckily I was able to find one in such short time. The atmosphere was fast and very welcoming. I will definitely utilize this facility in the future.

Jigneshkumar PNobody was there to help hook up the trailer. Girl there said the person who does that didn't come to work. Then when she came out to take a picture of the hook up she acted like the person to hook up the trailer. Horrible service. The pack of furniture pads I ordered were not there. She just said they didn't have any. She was unconcerned and almost rude. My furniture got scratched and rubbed in some areas because I had no covers/pads.

David OStore was supposed to be open at 9am. The employee didn’t show up until 9:06am and wasn’t able to help me until 9:36am. She said “you’re going to have to wait because I need to check in the vehicles from the previous night”. It would’ve been better customer service if she just checked in the one that I wanted to rent so I could be about my day and not have to wait for vehicles I didn’t even want to rent to be checked back in.
