Service from the gentleman was Ok, but the truck was absolutely horrible. The engine jerked and skipped so bad that almost called Roadside assistance to check it out. We had a car carrier attached which made it feel even more unsafe.NERISSA M.

Ive never rented a U-Haul in my 32 years of life, so the receptionist could've explained the process then just telling me to go outside. Luckily I had a friend on the phone who told me what to do and how to do things properly.TONISA S.
The associate that was working this location was not prepared She had family members in the office laughing and visiting when I needed assistance with hooking the dolly to my truck she told me there was a charge for that also they stood on the porch and watched me by myself load my car onto my dolly as the reason I needed to rent the dolly was because the transmission had went out in my car I would not recommend this business to anyone this location at all in fact I don't think I will use U-Haul anymore after such a horrible horrible experience at a time when people are stressed out moving Etc they should be a help to people that should be a time when they are helpful and understanding however she was too preoccupied and I am totally appalled Now let's talk about the location that I returned it to there was no one in the office no one answering the phone so I videotaped the location and drop the key off in the Box and as far as a rental agreement I never received a paper copy after asking on two occasions so this was an absolute horrendous experience for you all I would not recommend any of this to anyoneHERBERT N.

The gentleman was very courteous, kind and even patient with all the questions I asked. He saw that I was nervous about driving a truck that size and was kind enough to let me to "watch the side mirrors, when you can see the headlights of the vehicle behind you in the lane you want to change to, then you know you have plenty of room to get over". Uhaul app would not load on my iPhone. I could not send photo of mileage and fuel level when I returned truck. Representative at uhaul location took care of it. No complaints with uhaul dealer whatsoever.DAVID H.

For the 2nd consecutive rental I advised the truck had X amount of gas when it actually did not - in this case the paperwork listed 3/8 when it was actually 1/4. I put exactly 8 miles on the truck and $10 worth of gas in it before I dropped it off and I WAS STILL CHARGE $18 FOR MORE GAS AFTER I DROPPED IT OFF - shady practices. And when I tried to call and complain of course the VM was full on the number I called. Ridiculous way to treat a repeat repeat repeat customer.JONOTHAN W.
I wanted to drop off the vehicle to a person and their business website said that they opened at 9 AM. I went there at 8:45 and had to do the online work because no one was there by 9:10. Their property was very clean and looked great. Just no one there to help.GERARD R.

I was not happy of the location pickup change notice the day prior to my scheduled pickup. I chose the original pickup location due to its proximity to my home. The change required me to have to hire a ride to the new location . And when you see 8 rental vans sitting on the original pickup location, that makes it even .ore frustrating.
