The only issue was trying to find the UHAUL name on the store front. Other than that - It was excellent.

Difficult to find trucks, no people present, didn't answer phone # posted on door and phone # in uhaul app is disconnected. Truck was dirty, especially windshield but wiper fluid empty. Hard to find lockbox, it was far away from the truck.

I was charged for a dolly and moving blankets. I asked the guy when I picked it up and he lied and said it wasn't on the bill and I wasn't charged. U-Haul can fucking kick rocks. I'll never rent from ANY of your dealers. Fucking theives

The truck was falling apart filthy inside and outside couldn't see out the windshield inside was all sticky and dirty this was a horrible experience! I would never recommend and will actually share why not to use this location multiple times the average customer shares 10 times when they are upset, trust me my big mouth will share a billion times how horrible this this experience was!!!!!! I will be posting videos, photos of my time renting this truck. reviews on Yelp Google local guide and everywhere else I can my experience was beyond grevious!!!

The truck was dirty, the back of the truck had glass in it. There was no place to drop off the key on the back on the building where I picked up the key. Also, I rented it until 7pm, not knowing how long it would take me, I returned the truck at 4:30pm, 2 1/2 hours early and I think my bill should reflect that. Thank you.

the man in the tech wireless was not wearing a mask. he had no blankets for us as requested and said we would get a refund. He did not do that

The person that received my truck tricked me and did not give anything the day that I return it and he claimed I did it a later day to charge one more day of rent. I have called U-Haul and I'm still waiting on this resolution.

I left one bag next to the driver's seat and this location charged me $20 for cleaning. The van was used only to move one piece of medical equipment. It was perfectly clean, other than the one bag. I want the $20 refunded to me and I will never use this location again.

Need some one to check in the truck when it is returned! I forgot my cellphone in the van on 6/6 and I went back this afternoon(6/7) and they were closed and my rental had been rented. The approximate cost of the phone is $1000.00 plus to replace. In arrived at 3pm.

windshield was filthy. Other than that, vehicle was clean. Also, your automated check-in needs some work. I found the process to be cumbersome. Especially, your requirement for a second form of ID beyond the D.L., my picture and credit card. It was onerous.

We couldn't find the drop off box, so we asked the person inside EZ tech to show us the drop off box to put the keys in and he said first that we were at the wrong location and it was a mistake. After explaining Few times that we already checked out the truck return through the app on my mobile he said oh ok yes it is gere and I eill take the keys , then we were all set. I would just recommend that if the mobile app says put keys back in the drop off box, the box should be there or if it was there , it should be in a place where we can find it. Also what if we dropped the truck after business hours and WZ tech was closed , where would we deop the jeys then ? Just a suggestion for a smoother check out experience. Thank you !

I was charged for 15 gallons of fuel when I did only 14 miles .I got the truck with 1/2 a tank of gasoline and I brought it back the same way. I have even send a picture showing that it was half when I got the truck. I need this to be corrected and I dispute this charge.

It was not clear that there was not parking for my car available at this location. As I checked out, the gentleman at the location said "I hope someone dropped you off. You can't park in the parking lot here." I had already parked in the shopping center parking lot and had to move my car to a nearby neighborhood to avoid getting towed while I was driving the truck.

Seats needed vacuuming as they were full of pet hair. I'm allergic & asthmatic. Otherwise the place was awesome ??. Equipment was good and people working there were very nice ????.

First time doing the mobile check-in / check-out process and it was awesome! Super easy, simple to follow. I'm definitely recommending this to anyone I know who needs a van or truck. Great job U-Haul!

The customer service was really bad. I am a first time renter and the man at the front desk was impatient and hesistant to run me through the process and the additional fees. The price says 19.95 plus .89 per mile and since i rented the truck for 2 hrs and drove 29 i should have payed around 50 something dollars not 78 dollars like i did. I even filled the tank back to the original state but since the truck was parked on a incline they still charged me an additional 10 dollars for the gas. Regardless of the price, the customer service was just poor. The man wasnt there initially attending the store and we had to wait for his return at my scheduled time of 1pm. And then when we returned to the store to return the truck he was talking on the phone, on speaker, and had an attitude when i had a few additional questions for him. He also spoke fast and got visibly irritated when i asked him to repeat himself. It was just unnecessary attitudes and stuff. I will not return to this location. Or ever rent a u-haul again.

It took us an hour to pick up the vehicle because the location could not check us as their system was not working correctly in and the gentleman there could not reach anyone form U-Haul. I had to call the 800 number and have the girl on the phone help us do a 24/7 pick up on the uhaul app. It was super time consuming and not user friendly.

U Haul is great but this is not a good representative & ive dealt with several in OC. First they said system was down then when working he didn't bring truck around so I had to walk around behind a strip mall to find the truck that matches the number on my key. Then he set the dolly out in the alley & made me drive up & load it. I'm a 66 yr old female & hadn't planned on doing everything myself. No other uhaul place has ever been so uncaring or blunt & short.

big stability control issue,ones I hit 50 miles per hour "the truck was unable to maneuver comfortably. I didn't like that as soon as I left the parking lot got the low GAS light warning.... Truck wasn't clean but that was not a big deal for me.

it would be a simple thing but add much to a rental if at a minimum the front windows were clean inside and out. And safer too. Otherwise the truck was what one would expect and fulfilled out needs.

Too many steps involved in picking up the truck. Needs to be WAY more intuitive, or there needs to be a warning of how many steps there are before you can actually take possession of the truck

Have location check out when the van is returned. I waited hours for my receipt over the internet & for the total charges of this rental. I was shocked at how filthey the van was both inside & out & when I mentioned it to the worker. He told me they don't always get around to washing the vehicle. I drove a very short distance & had rented van for less than 2 hours. I thought my bill would be very close to $30.00. When I finally received my receipt over text message hours after I turned it in to the same location, the satellite store, was already closed. I will not do this for a fast errand again. Especially I will not use this location. I mean shucks they could've been running all over town on my dime. Still stocked by how filthy the truck was inside and out! And then, how I was charged another $30.00 for such a very, very short delivery of one item! Ugh! Never again.

My experience with your booking on line and pick up with my cell number was horrible and the most frustrating car rental experience I have ever had. I did everything carefully and correctly on line and expected to be able to obtain my key from the lock box. Instead, I experienced a 40 minute ordeal with your telephone help agents that proved a failure. I cancelled the order and then went into the shop to start an entirely new rental as a walk-in customer. I would only rent again from Uhaul if there is no other reasonable agency available in my area. My previous rental from the same location in July went perfectly. Another complaint was that this agency just handed me the keys. There was no walk-around inspection. Consequently, the return location noticed a small scratch on the bumper that will supposedly be charged against me. I am certain that it was pre-existing because I know exactly where the truck was parked and operated and there was no opportunity to scratch the bumper.

Young woman was great when I checked out the truck. I had reserved it online. Truck was dirty, I did note that with photos before I left with app. Also, truck was supposed to have 1/4 tank.. it was barely 3/16. I drove 7 miles and had to get gas because it was at empty, below E. I brought it back at 5:00.. an older man was at counter. He was rude, threw the keys on the counter, dismissed me when I mentioned the gas gauge (I took photo and sent in on app that morning) and said I should have complained when I picked it up. Not sure why I have to take photos of dirty truck and gas gauge if one still has to back in to the store. Said he would email me receipt since the mileage was less than anticipated. He never did so, I had to write UHaul to get a receipt. I finally did have one in my inbox today. I will never get another UHaul from this location. I have used stores in Irvine and RSM that we're both professional and pleasant in the past, so I won't let one guy ruin what I think about your company.

I would never recommend U-Haul to any friend of mine. I would let them know if they want to get what they order, make sure to go to Penske, they know what the are doing. You order on line and do not get the location or truck you requested. You get home in some U-Haul representative calls you from a distance you would have not even wanted to pick up a truck, Tustin, asked if I wanted the truck. My reference no. was not even in the U-Haul system. The poor guy at the Laguna Hills store was wonderful and felt bad, did everything in his power to make right, U-Hauls only saving grace. For the record, my reference no. was 25964550. I was directed to use the worst online system ever, and was asked my credit card information. I'm hoping this isn't a processed transaction, as I did not use the location U-Haul, in it's infamous reasoning sent me to. I did use the one in Laguna Hills, which is what I put into your horrible system. Sincerely, Diana Slagowski
