Jerry PI reserved to pick up my uhaul in Kenner but I received a call saying there were none nearby. Luckily this location had one and was close to where I was moving. The rep in the office was the nicest rep I’ve dealt with at any uhaul location. I’ll definitely refer this one to anyone moving and needs a uhaul

Marion G | Overall ExperienceThe address is incorrect for the drop-off. The personnel at the site were rude and stated that it was UHaul's fault for not telling me. Also, they make you park the vehicle over a mile away and then return to them to give them the keys. This is both inconvenient and disrespectful of your customer's time. If I had been told this initially, I would not have selected this location and will never do so again. If it's the only location I will rent from another company. The parking lot for the truck is a vacant lot with no security and no fence with no regard for the safety of your customers. This conclusion has completely ruined my opinion of UHAUL.

Lloyd GHad long wait as attendant misplaced the truck key. However, the attendant was as very helpful once the key was located. Reason I wouldn't recommend to a friend is that you have to check in 1.2 miles from where you pick up the truck. Truck I had was in desperate need of windshield wipers and washer fluid.

RICHARD RNo problem with location. We were told multiple times when leaving pickup location this was where to drop off. After moving all day & dropping off I get home & see a text that gives a totally different drop off location another 5 miles out of the way. Too late truck & keys already dropped. Had to start making phone calls about this to avoid additional charges.

STEVEN TReturn address on reservation is not where the dealers wants you to return equipment. Very confusing. They have an unattended lot down the street that they keep the trucks and trailers at and a big sign on their door telling you where to go…. No help available to unhook trailer. Office is over a mile from their lot. Rude people on the phone act like you’re stupid even though the return address on the reservation is their office, where they don’t want you returning stuff. Get the addresses right.

Richard NThe prices and local people and equipment were excellent. The uhaul website and app did not function to help an after hours return. Support was ineffective. The app wouldn't register my location and the website would not scan the location barcode. I wasted an hour trying. The local manager took care of everything the next day and was very nice.

Allen CPicking up and dropping off the rental truck was a nightmare. It took me 3 hours to finally be able to leave with the rental and about 2 hours to be able to leave the rental. Between having to go start my mobile pickup and mobile drop off the place had a different location than the actual pickup location that created a nightmare with the GPS check-in and checkout procedure. I had to run back and forth between the 2 locations. On top of all of this the app wasn't working and still isn't. I was informed by the after hours customer service to access via website and I still encounter error after error. We don't have time to mess around for hours while still trying to make sure we have everything packed and ready. Come on guys, what a miserable 24 hours I had due to the app, website and the rental place have a different pickup and dropoff location that was never changed through U-Haul. And I was not the only person having these issues. Hopefully it will be all sorted out for near future renters.
