Initially I was charged a pending 388 dollars even thou my bill was just under 80 and I have not received a refund or correction yet

It’s a total disappointment about this location They charged me the fuel that I have have no idea how it was calculated as the truck was not full at the moment I picked it up Mileage was not checked at all but guess what they made sure to change me they mileage that I am 100 % didn’t drive It’s not the first time I used U-Haul services but today was a total disaster Being charged $200 when the rental fee is $29 Come on
Denis RImposed the protection fee of $30 against my will. This was totally unfair. I had not even requested for it and only to be told there's nothing they could do about it. This was totally wrong! Guys be careful about this location. I was ripped!
