My experience at Uhaul Ezmissions was outstanding due to David. He was not only attentive to my needs but also provided me with excellent guidance for my out of state trip. If you looking to rent from Uhaul in Roswell, SS, JC or Alpharetta go to Ezmissions. My trip was not easy to carry out but with David's help it went super smooth. Continue to stay attentive to customers' needs.

You can improve by having the vehicle that was reserved. This location did not have the van I reserved so I had to get a big truck that I am not comfortable driving. After I was informed about the vehicle not being available I could not pay with any of my cards which I had no idea about since I had just used that card to pay before about 6 months ago. I had to leave and get $100 cash then come back. It was all just a disaster because its already frustrating trying to move and then when you try to pick up your vehicle all that extra hassle is just added stress.

From the information I received from Uhaul it was recommended to complete the equipment checkout online. Upon arriving at the location, I proceeded to complete the online forms and then received my confirmation which stated to enter the location and "skip the line". Upon entering the rental location, there was one employee, a lady at the counter being served, a couple behind her, and then me. I proceeded to get in line behind the couple at which point the woman working the desk looked up and asked if I was "Last name." When I confirmed, she scolded me like a child for not just entering the store to complete the paperwork. I tried to explain that I was following the instructions sent by Uhaul and she again told me I should have come in but now I would need to wait because there was a line. This frustrated me and I pointed out the paperwork I filled out said "skip the line" in capital letters but she told me I was wrong and needed to wait. The whole experience was bizarre because I had never gone straight to the counter, but rather got in line behind the couple. I had no intention of "cutting in line" but I feel the employee called me out for absolutely no reason and it felt as though she was trying to pick a fight. Truly horrible experience on a day when I was already stressed about moving.

Rental was moved to a location cation that was 3 miles farther away and very cumbersome to access. The office was closed when I arrived at 510 pm. I was not informed of this change when you had my cell phone to call me. I really will think twice when I need my next rental vehicle.

We had a reservation for 8:30am for a 26' truck. When we arrived at 9:00am there was no truck, not even a 20' truck for us. We booked laborers THROUGH Uhaul and had to tell them to wait until we found a truck. One person had already gotten on public transportation and came across town because it was so close to the time we were supposed to move. I felt horrible. It took the lady 45 minutes to locate another truck 15 miles away (we were happy for that) but the truck was so shotty that my husband literally thought at certain points he was not going to survive - the truck braking was not responsive, the truck itself was shaky, and going up and down a mountain was the icing on the cake where he thought he wasn't going to make it. He really will never drive a U-Haul again because of that experience, so overall I would say it was a bad experience and we would NOT recommend to family and friends.

Great people, however, the truck was filthy, cigarette ashes in tray, and looks like many people put them out on the console smh, smelled like animal. The steering wheel was very loose, and worst...the charger for a phone ,did not work. ( even thou i had my cord). I was alone and feared my phone would run out w no where to charge. The truck has oner 128k miles. In very bad shape.. Aesthetically. It ran ok, just not alot of quick acceleration on the highway.

Worst service and major problem attaching the hitch. The hitch fell off putting myself and the cars around me in danger. Also damaged my bumper. Very poor experience that could have been catastrophic.

Extremely busy time for me. I made the reservation in person at your location at (2840) Holcomb Bridge Store, I was not aware you had another store on that road. While waiting in line at 2840 I receive a call, "where are You?" from the 3125 location??? I said , " I made the reservation at 2840. When my time up, was told I had to go to 3125. I lost 30-40 minutes, drove the truck and extra 6 miles( no big deal) BUT my 4 workers standing around for those 30-40 minutes @ $20.00 per hour cost me! Later I did see that an email was sent to me on Tuesday ???? it mentioned Holcomb Bridge... not that your company changed the location on HB which obviously I was not aware. I FEEL THAT IF YOU ARE CHANGING LOCATIONS, THAT SHOULD BE MADE OBVIOUS TO THE CUSTOMER!! The truck was about par of a U HAUL and that is not good! it shook. Better than the last one that "skated." BOTH LOCATIONS WERE MANNED BY A WOMAN AND BOTH LADIES WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. Location 2840 is Fabulous and a joy. Location 1325 is difficult to get to as it is NOT EASY to do a U-Turn with a truck! Therefore I did not give the location a good rating.

There was some confusion over the insurance coverage and how to remove it from the initial agreement. I had not intended to select any coverage, when the invoice was printed coverage was included. My concern is the contact at the pickup location indicated " don't know how to remove the coverage". Not sure if that was really the case or uhaul just did not want to remove the coverage. Either way - my only suggestion to an otherwise outstanding experience is to ensure that minor changes can be made without completely cancelling and re-initiating the invoice process. The agent at this location was excellent in all other aspects of the transaction.

Hello Team, you were helpful and the guidance providing for hiring was good. The truck wasn't clean, it had sticky liquid spilled over at back of the truck and the driver seat was dirty. With the current situation - COVID, we had to clean a lot before picking it. Thank you for your service.

By far the best location in my area- their primary goal is taking care of Uhaul customers, open earlier than others, and have a good inventory.

I rented a 5 by 8 trailer expecting to have the swinging barn door on the back like your website. I needed 8 feet clear inside. When I picked up the trailer I said that I thought these trailers came with swinging doors instead of the roll up and he said no. I got home looked at the website and the person in traffic was very helpful finding me one with barn doors, but it took another hour+ out of my day to have to go swap this out. The website should be updated to say that these trailers only have 7 foot 10 inside. Or some sort of a note that they come in two different configurations and most of them have the roll up doors.

I went to original location and waited in line just to find out I had to drive 10 miles to this location at the end of the day. At the new location there was TERRIBLE customer service / no apology for no phone call or email letting me know of change. very little communication offered or given

I declined additional insurance coverages when I made my reservation, during online check-in and verbally Very clearly indicated I did not need them when I arrived to pick up my trailer. When I questioned why the total on the payment kiosk was more than anticipated I was told “taxes”. When I pushed for the detailEd breakdown in writing, the attendant confessed she had added in an insurance fee. She removed it but then did not provide the additional items on my reservation but still charged me for them. Am still fighting for that refund after 4 phone calls... way to blow trust and reputation over a $16 scam! Shame on UHaul for not fixing it on the first call and the franchise And regional manager for the lack of response.

They gave me a trailer that had 2 bald tires, I put my Ferrari on it to transport to Miami. During my trip a tire blew out, I have to sit in the side of the road for hours, it caused me to be late to my destination, I couldn't move in due to the time slot for my condo & service elevator! The movers left, I had to schedule a new time slot for my move in, take all of my stuff out of the truck & put it in storage!

I was not aware I could return the trailer without anybody there. The hours of operation on Sunday are not what was posted on the internet. It was closed when I tried to return it so I had to make a second trip the next morning. Otherwise everything else was fine with this location.
