More choices of trucks. A van would have been the best . Manger said they can't get any because of location
Chickasaw CThe pickup location was great. I have no issues with that. I am noticing over the last few rentals that availability is poor at best. Trying to find a 6X12 trailer has become very difficult. This last rental, I had to drive 55 miles just to acquire it. Not sure what is going on. UHaul used to be great but it is quickly becoming hard to do business with due to difficulty in finding equipment.
Jack MThe cab of the truck had not been cleaned. There was dirt and gravel on the floor and trash under the seats. Otherwise the truck worked fine.

Beverly PI scheduled a drop off at Simple Man's BBQ which can be shown on my contract. We dropped it off Wednesday 11/16 at 8 pm. I then get a charge on 11/21 for $117 late fee. Apparently simple man's BBQ has closed and is no longer a uhaul place even though it's still listed online. I called the other location and they charged me a late fee because they didn't pick it up until 11/21. I'm supposed to get a call for my "refund" but haven't yet.
