Kenny picked the wrong drop off location. Told me drop off where I requested would be no problem. The debacle caused me to spend an additional 45 minutes trying to drop off and over 1 hour on the phone trying to get the mess sorted.Dennis B.
Prior to leaving New Hampshire I make a UHaul reservation for a 4x8 trailer to be picked up in Ottawa Ohio, I also ordered 12 furniture pads along with the UHaul insurance. Once we arrive Ottawa I realize the 4x8 trailer is too small and call UHaul on March 27th and speak with Steven to change to a 5x8 trailer. Steven confirms the details and reconfirms me picking up the trailer in Ottawa Ohio. He states I will receive a phone call sometime on Sunday March 28th. Sure enough I receive a call from Melissa ((419-470-2550) first thing she says, â€œHas anyone called you yetâ€? Noâ€¦ â€œI hate it when they do this, sh*tâ€! She explains there are no 5x8 trailers anywhere in Ottawaâ€¦. Huh? Why make a reservation for one and why have Steve confirm it? I hear her frantically typing on her computer. I suggest Findlay OH and she confirms there is one there. She credits me $10 for the confusion. I arrive Findlay to claim the trailer, girl working at the from desk of the hotel collects my information and proceeds to type it all into her cell phoneâ€¦. What? Takes 45 minutes for her to type with one finger to get all my information into her phone, wow, love the efficiency! We go out to the trailer, she asks me, â€œdo you know how to hook it upâ€? Excuse me? Yes, I know how to hook the trailer up, why doesn't YOUR UHaul representative? She keeps asking me about the â€œballâ€, still have no idea what she was asking about, she asks if I know how to connect the electrical wire, yes, I do. She constantly takes pictures of what I do with her phoneâ€¦ why? I ask about the 12 furniture pads, she stares at me like a deer in the headlights, she points to a room and I go in, 6 pads, not 12. Why reserve pads if there are none? I call Mellissa, she finds pads for me in Ottawa, I collect them and off we go to New Hampshire, move is uneventful.RANDOLPH L.

New csr's.. they didn't know any prices, they text me multiple times throughout the night saying I had only rented it for 6 hours when on pickup they said it was only for 8 when they charged me for 24 hrs, then upon early return refused to give me my cash deposit for hours. Fix your fuel guage . You charged me for fuel after I put $7.00 in it . And I told the gentleman about it . And showed the fuel receipt for my fuel purchase. I find this completely unexceptionable. I had to clean the truck before I hauled my furniture. It was full of pine needles and dirt .CHRISTOPHER M.
