They did have what I needed The AC did not work in the truck. It was a very hot 4 day drive but the car transport was perfect. I tried to call them the phone prompt did Not work, could not get through at all to the store or U Haul.

Online check-in process did not go smoothly and hung up. Was a long wait. We went inside and the kind person at the location assisted us with getting the rental checked out. Even she had to call customer support because the system wouldn't proceed with our reservation for some reason. The local person was very helpful. The computer system leaves something to be desired.

As a first-time customer, I really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was. However, it'd be nice if the additional equipment I ordered was placed in the vehicle before pick up, instead of having to pick up (dollies, etc) in the store.

Ramp was very dirty. Lots of residue dirt and mud from previous renter. Had to be cleaned off before I could use it. Store personnel were very friendly and helpful in the process.

I don't know what happened but I returned the trailer on time and then the next day I got a call and email from Uhaul saying the trailer hadn't been returned on time when in fact it had been returned 24 hours earlier. I called True Value and asked if it was ok to drop the trailer and not have to enter the building? Gail said it was ok. I did just that and called to let them know it was there. No one picked up the phone so I left a message. Then I get a call that the trailer hadn't been returned. UMM? Yes it had and I left them a message. I think something might be wrong with the communication between Uhaul rental locations and Uhaul itself. Either this is a business that doesn't check its voicemail or no one physically went outside to check. Ends up being a waste of everyone's time.

While the 26 footer worked well mechanically and was clean, the back tires are getting low on tread and they need to be replaced.

Had to drive an extra 30 min to pick up the Truck. Gas gauge was different from actual amount. Worst vehicle I've ever driven. Door would not close and rattled the entire 1100 miles. GMC truck. The Ford was clean and drove fine.

The one I ordered wasn't even at the location. They had to search for another one and I ended up having to rent a larger one that was more expensive and wait 6 hours to get it. You can make sure reservations are respected and prices are honored.

No one to help load trailer and since they are left laying on the ground I had to lift and get it onto truck. This is hard to back truck and hook up. Tires were no good and had a blow out that caused a 4 hour delay in trip which then put us on the road during a hail storm that total the trailer and my truck. It was so bad your trailer has holes in the roof. Now I am dealing with your insurance and my insurance on both and the content. And that service is bad too. In less than 1 year this has happened with equipment from MN to CO every time we have used it.

They had several issues operating the system and took almost an hour and a half to resolve. I had prechecked in as well

The day before I was to pick up at my reserved location, I received a voice mail message telling me I would need to pick up the truck in Mankato, MN (an hour away from this location). When I tried calling the phone number given to me for the location in Mankato, the number was disconnected. So, I called the Fairmont location and was told that they had a truck available for me. The folks at the Fairmont location were very helpful getting this situation straightened out. I've had this happen to me before where I set things up to pick up at one location and then at the last minute I'm told that I will have to go to a different location (many miles away) to pick up my rental. Given these experiences, I'm reluctant using U Haul in the future.

Please make sure that the trailer is drivable. We drove the trailer for almost an hour with no back lights in the dark. I had to drive right behind my husband who was towing the trailer to our home. The attendant was very helpful in trying to get the lights to work. It ended up that he just said, "Hopefully you won't get stopped."

my daughter reserved a 15' truck over 2 weeks ago for the 21st of july they text her saying 1 was unavailable on thur. the19th. we had people taking time help us move. windom,minn location but they said we had to go to a iowa lake okabogy area or fairmont mine to pick one up.that is totally unacceptable when we had a reservation booked for windom,mn. it was a lot of extra time and distance to screw around for nothing. not very business like. some sort of refund would greatly appreciated.contract no. 23719777. thank-you for your time with this problem have a nice day.
