DANNY PThe rental went great. Michael was there to greet us both on pick up and drop off. He is very experienced, helpful, and fast. This is my second time renting from Michael and I would definitely go back again. Uhaul might want to consider adding some sort of locking fixture so the trailer can be locked when the customer is keeping it out overnight.

Paul MI was concerned at drop off (during posted business hours) that I had no way to connect with a person to confirm either in person or telephonically. I did leave a detailed message on the answering service, but never heard back as the message on the door indicated. I physically drove to the location a second time later in the afternoon and was still unable to connect with a person. I took photos of the unit with my cell phone, but could not figure out how to post on the U-Haul app. Given that I received your survey, I assume all is well, and I was credited with returning the trailer on time.

Robert BI have rented from this location several times and the owner is extremely helpful and accommodating. When I am looking for a trailer or truck rental, I always check this location first.
Theresa HVery difficult to use the uhaul app-not at all user friendly. Chat was not helpful either. Luckily the owner was on site and was terrific-Michael got us on our way quickly and without issue. Nothing takes the place of human contact!
